I cannot get my wear band Version number V001274 L8-R9 to bind with the FlatFit 2.0 app on my Samsung Galaxy A23 5G UW Smartphone. I have tried turning both the phone and the band off and restoring the band. I have also uninstalled the Flatfit app and reinstalled and that did not work either.

I have been using Flag Fit 2.0 on my Samsung S21 for over a year. This morning Samsung updated the software on my S21. When I try to open FlagFit 2.0 the software reports that the app has a bug and will not open. I have deleted the app and reloaded after shutting down the S21. What do I need to do to get Flag Fit 2.0 working?

My phone did a up date on 10/10/2021 and since than I havn't been able to connect the L8STAR watch and now I can't set the time because of the time change. I,ve tryed uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and the same thing when I try to login it just spinnes and does not connect. I don't know what to do I would like to set the right time. thank you
Wrong city reg wheather information can’t change it. The weekly report regarding steps one day before, today, sunday but shows saturday. How can I change that? History per month no summary?
The FlagFit app worked fine on my previous phone. With my new phone, the app installs fine, but I can't log in. None of my profile information works. The cursor just spins. I've even tried registering a new account and get the same results. I will get a verification code, but once I enter it, the cursor just spins. Obviously, there is no "customer service" with this developer. Buyer beware!!
Cannot open the app on my Huawei Mate 9 phone. Uninstalled, re-installed, willnot accept my email and password. When pressing forgot password, I get issuedwith a verifcation number but no instruction on what to do with it. System shuts after 60 seconds. Sooo I’ve had this band for a few months now- and today I can not sync it up with my phone. Upset because I have tried 100,000,000,000 times to sync it- turned phone off-back on. Nothing. Turned band of the back on- nothing. Deleted app and reinstalled it- nothing. This is getting sooo irritating I really don’t want the band nor the app anymore. It’s a shame the developers don’t communicate with us consumers. I’m done willl go with a different brand and you will NEVER get a good review or anyone I knows money- make it right or pay the price- by that your going to loose customers over this 😤

The activity monitoring and recording seems to work so far but only notification from my iPhone is the alarm. Sedentary alerts don’t seem to work, no notifications from calls or text messages. With app running if I turn on phone or text notifications the Bluetooth connection to phone keeps dropping and reconnecting every couple seconds. Without notifications this B7Pro watch/app combination is useless to me.

The big one - the app does not start on iPhone 4s with iOS 9.3.5, albeit it says it would. Just does not. A flash of start screen, and then it disappears, shutting down the app. I bought the fit band for my dad, who is quite old and does not like to change phones. He likes his old good iPhone 4s. The app does not work for him, so there is no use of the fit band.
Weather data is completely screwed. I do not know where from it takes the data, but it must be some other planet, since it never yet has shown me an accurate forecast. When other apps tell me +10°C, the app predicts -20°C. Changing the location manually or choosing a weather data source is impossible in this app - this should not be rocket science; even Pebble watch apps used to allow that.
