I got this just a few days ago and like it pretty much, but I am unable to get messages. I have iPhone , with iPhone message and messenger because I send and receive messages using both. I’m wondering if I add WEChat if all my contacts also have to have Wechat . If so then the message feature is useless to me . Also , I am unable to use the sleep app, which was ove if the features I was looking for meats to using. I wore the watch last night to bed hoping to capture data, but it didn’t . When you look at that on the iPhone , it doesn’t give you any clear instructions on how to use that part of the watch feature. Also , there is no support to ask about these issues. So all in all I think more in-depth instructions and trouble shooting would be advantageous to include with this watch.

I’ve never worn a wrist health monitor before May 2019. Easy set up and works great. Accurate information and interfaces well with FlagFit20 on my phone. I still get Celsius scale readings on some particular functions and need to figure that out. I selected English as my profile platform and expected Fahrenheit. Works as advertised for a great price. The charging device is unique but works fine. Holds a charge longer than expected, very nice feature. I’ve worn it since I purchased it, shower, rain on a bike ride,... I’m a fan

The big one - FlagFit20 does not start on iPhone 4s with iOS 9.3.5, albeit it says it would. Just does not. A flash of start screen, and then it disappears, shutting down FlagFit20 . I bought the fit band for my dad, who is quite old and does not like to change phones. He likes his old good iPhone 4s. FlagFit20 does not work for him, so there is no use of the fit band.

Weather data is completely screwed. I do not know where from it takes the data, but it must be some other planet, since it never yet has shown me an accurate forecast. When other apps tell me +10°C, FlagFit20 predicts -20°C. Changing the location manually or choosing a weather data source is impossible in FlagFit20 - this should not be rocket science; even Pebble watch apps used to allow that.

I’m an iPhone user, that recently found out about some health issues. I came across this watch and wanted to try it to get me & help track steps, health info. I just did an update to my phone but now FlagFit20 won’t even stay open??!! What happened?? I used it daily for my sleep patterns, Ck health and steps..... But now I can’t!
FlagFit20 won’t stay open at all, it immediately shuts down each time I try to open it to use. So disappointing.
Was overall pleased with this product but now - not at all. Also wish FlagFit20 would track historical personal health info.
PLEASE DO AN UPDATE AND FIX THIS!!
Would’ve rated higher but can’t. Watch decent, app not at all.

It is a very good watch for a good price and it does all the things its meant to do ( track heart rate, steps, sleep, and calories burned) and work well FlagFit20 also does its job but it could still use improvement it only shows you your data for today not in the past and it can take a very long time to load but it is very easy to navigate and understand

It’s a load of nonsense. It will not pair with my iPhone. It will not allow you change the time or the month. The blood pressure part of the watch gives you false results, so does the oxygen part of the watch. For the money I paid for this watch.,..,I thought it would work. So I paid for something from China and out SCAMMED. Will not recommend to anyone. I want either a working (preferably one that works) or my money back. L Brenner.

I really liked the sleep tracker and other features until my phone updated its software. After that FlagFit20 crashed immediately upon opening. No way to contact support as the support website is in Chinese. Anyone know what to do next?

I like this watch, even though I’ve only worn it for 2 days. I haven’t seen any problems so far except for one big one. The watch is supposed to light up when you put your wrist at a certain angle, and this has stopped working. It is not in the common problems section of FlagFit20 , and it is extremely inefficient to have to hold a specific point on the watch for 3 seconds before seeing the time.

The only thing is the time. My steps are always a little off and any of the other records are so off that it’s useless to even use that option. Also the displays are ugly. There are three nasty options, please just like update slightly so we can have a set display at the least. It changes anytime I do anything! But the whole reason I got it was for the time and steps so It is almost perfect for I wanted but not really something I would recommend to anyone.

Sooo I’ve had this band for a few months now- and today I can not sync it up with my phone. Upset because I have tried 100,000,000,000 times to sync it- turned phone off-back on. Nothing. Turned band of the back on- nothing. Deleted app and reinstalled it- nothing. This is getting sooo irritating I really don’t want the band nor FlagFit20 anymore. It’s a shame the developers don’t communicate with us consumers. I’m done willl go with a different brand and you will NEVER get a good review or anyone I knows money- make it right or pay the price- by that your going to loose customers over this 😤

Paid $20 for the watch. To change it to normal formatted time I had to connect the watch to FlagFit20 . Works great for what I need but I feel maybe the steps and calculations in general are a bit off.
I heard from other reviewers that FlagFit20 had malwear or some computer term that is bad that I don’t know about, haven’t had a glitch yet

This is very helpful. It’s cool to be able to set a goal for your steps. I also find it really helpful and cool that u can see ur phone notifications on it. But I feel like u should be able to cal on the devices.

i owned a fitbit for a couple of years and for the most part was happy with it. the fitbit finally died and i bought this based on price and review rating. FlagFit20 is a bit limited in that heart rate and calorie count is not tracked unless you are in exercise mode. i have had it 3 days and sleep was only tracked for one day and was way off. i guess to sum it up, its a watch that you can track exercise with nothing more

I loved this idea, being able to track my steps, heart rate, and blood pressure, while also being notified of text messages and phone calls.

FlagFit20 worked great, seamlessly pairing the wristband with my phone. I used it easily for 2 days.

Then today. I got to work, and FlagFit20 is no longer recognizing my device. Attempt to re-pair, unsuccessfully. Delete FlagFit20 , reinstall, same result. Delete FlagFit20 , restart my phone, reinstall FlagFit20 , same result. Lather, rinse, repeat, in various combinations, same result. Mind, the device is **sitting on the phone** when FlagFit20 tells me there is no device nearby.

I’ll give it one more go-around, tomorrow, but suspect I’ll be trashing FlagFit20 and returning the device. More’s the pity, I really liked the look and interface of this wristband.

My sleep progress only worked one day first day I got it. But everything else works great and I also wish it would put my progress into iHealth app;(. Because I can’t afford all the stuff that go with iHealth app. Crazy expensive Bluetooth scale bp cuff. What ever else comes with that app. These iPhones are expensive enough.

Initially iPhone would not send iMessages to watch. Once “Notification Center” was enabled in notification menus of settings for iMessage, messages started working perfectly. Would be nice if FlagFit20 told users to enable this to get notifications from text messages.

I’ve had my FlagFit for several months and am very happy with it overall. It sees me asleep more than I really am!! Today my friend and I sitting next to each are somehow located in different towns both have FlagFits ! How is the location so off, she’s in Lodi (that’s correct) but mine says Collierville!! Restarted our phones same results.

Like most everything about this but a low battery signal would really help. Am I missing something? Or is this feature not available?

I was using my watch and FlagFit20 together and my phone updated to 14.3 and now I can’t use FlagFit20. I was enjoying FlagFit20 and think it’s important to track my health. Is there anything the creator of FlagFit20 can do? Please help

The activity monitoring and recording seems to work so far but only notification from my iPhone is the alarm. Sedentary alerts don’t seem to work, no notifications from calls or text messages. With app running if I turn on phone or text notifications the Bluetooth connection to phone keeps dropping and reconnecting every couple seconds. Without notifications this B7Pro watch/app combination is useless to me.
