Unable to complete the registration process after 3 attempts. Activation code never arrived and when I tried to register again I received an error.

Impossible to sign up without an Italian phone number

First thing you need to do on inTaxiiltuotaxi is put in a phone number and it says it will send you a text. I’ve tried 4 times and I never get the verification code (currently in the US, so SMS text messages are not an issue). Hoping someone can fix this before I leave for my trip to Italy.

Ma come è possibile che non si riesca a registrare la app con un numero di telefono americano!!! (Credo che sia questo il problema perché non ricevo nessun sms di conferma per la registrazione. E naturalmente nessun segnale di errore).
Solo una compagnia di deficienti può assumere degli sviluppatori tanto deficienti. Sono così felice di non vivere in Italia.
E inoltre devo stare minuti al telefono per prenotare un taxi. Andre a cagare!

Non accetta numeri esteri , meno male che c’è Uber. Per due spicci in più hai migliori macchine , assistenza e non hai a che fare con i taxisti rimbambiti.

It won’t do anything after I enter my address. It won’t let me complete after I finished the required fields.

You can not register with an American phone number

Beware if you’re in the town center of Perugia that inTaxiiltuotaxi will not work. I had to run down the mountain to the train station and missed my train because inTaxiiltuotaxi could not find a location despite me entering the address from google. Hopefully it works better in other locations.

Tourists cannot use unless you have an Italian phone number

Avoid the Milano taxi mafia at all costs. They never are available. Scum of the earth. I understand protecting domestic industry but at least provide a better service than Uber.

For whoever is expecting an Uber like experience will be very disappointed. App cannot handle foreign credit cards properly. 3ds for USA issued cards is not working at all.

Will not accept US phone numbers in any of the standard formats, gives some errors in English, others in Italian. Happy to pay for the taxi, just don't make it hard to take our money

You cannot register with inTaxiiltuotaxi if you don’t have an Italian phone number.

Do not waste your time as they will not provide service to tourists.

Don’t bother calling either because you’ll be waiting hours for a taxi that will never show up even though they assured you it would and was on its way multiple times.

Overall just a hopeless app, don’t allow it to waste any space / storage on your phone.

Seems to require Italian phone as you cannot register with any other phone number.

You can’t even call them to get a cab as the contact numbers on their website don’t answer.

… unfortunately no taxis available on a Friday night 12.30 am, in city center of Milan. Italian taxisti are a plague, they don’t allow Uber and want to work office hours.
Taxi driver wasn’t aware I was going to pay with inTaxiiltuotaxi but was nice enough about it…
We want Uber back! Especially in small towns where there is no public transportation.
