How to fix MySchool app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MySchool app on iPhone
Update MySchool app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MySchool iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MySchool on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MySchool network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MySchool Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MySchool not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MySchool App
1. On android, goto Settings » MySchool » click [Force Stop]

Update MySchool to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MySchool App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MySchool » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MySchool.

Fix MySchool unable to contact server/ MySchool internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MySchool » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MySchool » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MySchool
