How to fix PMPeople app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PMPeople app on iPhone
Update PMPeople app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PMPeople iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PMPeople on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PMPeople network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PMPeople Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PMPeople not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PMPeople App
1. On android, goto Settings » PMPeople » click [Force Stop]

Update PMPeople to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PMPeople App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PMPeople » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PMPeople.

Fix PMPeople unable to contact server/ PMPeople internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PMPeople » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PMPeople » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
