OcleanCare crashes about 5-10 seconds after the brush connects. Useless.

This download feature was the main reason I bought this product. I downloaded OcleanCare and when I open it on my phone, all I see is a screen asking what language I want. I deleted and reinstalled 3 times and still nothing.

Facebook login has been broken for months!
My toothbrush is linked to my Facebook account and it will not let me re register it to my email account!
I could live without the brushing history, but I canβt even change brushing modes now!
