AT&T photo storage app freezes and I cannot get it to finish storing my photos. HELP!!!!

I am experiencing the same as reported earlier. I see grey blocks and ALWAYS have pictures needing uploading. How can I get my pictures back. These are the ones I deleted off my device to save room?! HELP!

I cant back up any photos and some that are backed up are becoming gray blocks. Websites say uninstall and reinstall the app but will i lose all photos ?

when trying to download my pics, it doesn't save them all. I constantly show a number of photos being backed up. Right now, I'm waiting on 459 photos

Have iphone14 pro Using the att photo app I have 594 photos. The app gets to 592 and just keeps trying. The only way to stop the app is to remove it. Have tried several times same result. Have reinstalled the app, turned phone off and back on nothing works Any suggestions?

I have a new phone that does not support my Memory card. Memory card has been removed from old phone and is now in a computer. I would like to transfer my photos from old memory card to photo storage via web interface. Please provide instructions on how to complete task. Stan
