Had a snowstorm on January 28th i watched all day as a few jobs showed up and quickly disappeared, almost like somebody set a bot up to automatically pick up new jobs. I ended up picking up 2 jobs, completed both just after the snow stopped on the 28th at about 8pm. Checked my bank account 2 days later to see if my $$ was there, nothing. Texted the chat line and they told me it was a clerical error somebody forgot a number in my account, no biggie. Told me it was taken care of and check the next day, Still no money. Its now febuary 6th at 9pm, i talked with my bank, no record of any incoming transactions. Talked to the staff at p&m they said it would all be taken care of, but still nothing. Im starting to think this is going to be a big scam and im just a sucker that did some driveways for free. Big let down i thought this would be a good way to make some extra money but i guess i was wrong.

It’s a good app, and easy to use, however the whole point of PLOWZMOWZ is to let me accept jobs, and it won’t let me. I’ll hit “accept job” and tells me it will appear in my dashboard shortly. Well it never shows up and I don’t get the job. Been like this for 3 months, and I’ve tried accepting dozens of jobs, not one of them has actually shown up in my dashboard. Extremely disappointed.

App is horrible the customer service is trash! You tell them it’s raining and will effect the cut quality and their horrible customer service agent makes you wanna come thru the phone and choke them due to smart remarks! They also limit the amount of jobs you can do based on you telling them when it’s not optimal to cut. Go use another service this isn’t the one!! Run away fast!!!

My company did work for Plowz&Mowz , all work that was rendered was consistent, and was rated 5 stars by customer.
Plowz&Mowz removed my company from PLOWZMOWZ after asking a simple question regarding a custom job price .
Then some time went by , and we called to see if we could be added back to PLOWZMOWZ . They manually added us back to PLOWZMOWZ .
We called them a second time to ask a simple question, and they looked back in the documents, at the first question that we asked , and said we are removing your company again.
Plowz&Mowz will ask you to complete landscape jobs , and lawn maintenance services at a very low price that does not pay off in the end .

I’ll see jobs quotes at $32 or $40. That was okay 3-4 years ago when a dozen of eggs were $1 now it’s $4. That being said I’ll show up to a job and it’ll be a job a $50+. Also customers will put just put grass mow but don’t put edging or weedeat so they can get the cheapest quote. Once I showed up to a job and the edging was bad and I left it there because customers didn’t put edging and job was paying $32. Customer gave a bad review. Lol go figure. It’s been a few years since PLOWZMOWZ came out but it never updates, same old dumb quotes

My husband downloaded the Plowz and Mowz app because he didn't want to call a zillion service providers to try to get someone to do leaf removal on our yard. He booked the service and they confirmed a service date but the providers flaked on us multiple times (they blamed the weather but it wasn't rainy or windy). Finally, after several calls with customer service, he finally got the providers to complete the job. They charged us $80 for bagging the leaves but they used trash bags instead of lawn bags and the city won't pick up the bags. So, now I guess we have to transfer all the leaves to lawn bags. Very disappointing.

Customer service is rude as heck... they like to play with your money after work has been done..please don’t waste your time because to do work and someone try to tell you afterwards they not gonna pay... I had accurate pics still haven’t been paid.. i work with other landscaping apps and they are great... they even send bootleg text messages being rude and smart to providers after you’ve done tha job.... try at your own risk.. you might not be paid... trust me

Customer service is very rude, you can text one day and get one answer- the next day get a complete different answer- you have no idea who your speaking with they don’t identify themeselves. I don’t think they all know what the protocols are.

Good concept of PLOWZMOWZ but it’s not ran efficiently. Open “quotes” will sit there for weeks without being assigned! Seems like a joke of an app and gets very frustrating as a business trying to just use it to fill in bare spots when needed..... they need a better system because you can’t plan your schedule by there assigned date that it needs done by “when they don’t accept it”

Nice idea if it worked. Doesn’t allow providers to pickup jobs. Try to select job as soon as it appears but job is not their. Frustrating used it last year and worked well not sure what changed. Have texted support, their remedy just keep trying. You have to carry insurance to have the ability to use PLOWZMOWZ, then can’t pickup jobs, need to figure this out.

PLOWZMOWZ needs to remind the user of the jobs they have coming up the day before sometime i get so busy I forget the jobs I have on this list all the other apps I do work for send a text the night before

PLOWZMOWZ has helped me make a few extra bucks here and there with my company this summer for sure. It won’t make you rich but definitely helps you make a few extra bucks while being in neighborhoods showcasing your work to the neighbors😁

To anyone considering getting this application that owns a landscaping company like myself, don’t think about it just do it! I do third-party service as a provider through another app that provides landscaping and I recently got this application as well. This application is much better than the other one that I provide service for. Their customer support is amazing! You can text them quickly, and expect replies, if not instantly shortly after. They take initiative and will reach out to you if it’s needed as well as reach out to the customer to let them know of any updates. They also pay out more than one time a week. The other application I use it is impossible to speak with customer support quickly. Everything related to any problems that the customer may have is all dependent on the providers handling all of that instead of receiving any help from the company that runs the application. I really hope that this application and company continues to grow and thrive.

They have never let me down. They fallow up and make sure we do their jobs. Thanks

This is such a great opportunity for anybody to expand their business or even start a new one! There are so many jobs available and you can choose to do as little or as many as you would like! Such a great opportunity! You bid on jobs and set your own prices! Everyone working behind the scenes is so knowledgeable and so understanding of any situation that comes up... you can even text back-and-forth for support and questions; Plowz and Mowz will respond back immediately!! Even after hours!!! I can’t stress enough how amazing PLOWZMOWZ is for any professional trying to grow their business!!

I’ve been a contractor for 4 years. PLOWZMOWZ has grown my business as well as expanded the services that I provide. The only improvement that I would suggest is a way to get directions to the jobs from within PLOWZMOWZ .

I'm a contractor for Plowz&Mowz this is my second season with them I gave them a 5 star why cause they pay also work with you &I if extras are needed they will communicate with you and the owner they helped my lawn business grow by accepting my services which then helped me get more customers and I still service a few of there customers from last year

Having been working for PLOWZMOWZ since 2017 the plow season is great in my area . The landscape seasons have slowed down. But still steady. Never had a problem with them they always work with us on our end to meet our needs as the laborers. . Money is always deposited into our account within 48 hours after service date! Thanks guys!

At first I was very skeptical about using an app for a service provided to the homeowners... however, Plowz&Mowz has changed my opinion! Love how the jobs just come in and you have the choice whether to accept the job or not and how many hours you want to put in for the day. Lastly, my biggest concern was how long it was going to take to get paid... but, once again my expectations were exceeded as it was in my account in 48 hours!

This is the new wave off working on your in time while also making great money. I really love PLOWZMOWZ I’m always telling family friends and sometimes complete strangers about the opportunity to start your own profitable landscaping service threw PLOWZMOWZ. I made over 3000$ in two months using PLOWZMOWZ here is the best part I did 79 jobs mostly consisting of mowing and a few aeration jobs which pays pretty well. Also I had one muclh job PLOWZMOWZ is great

PLOWZMOWZ itself is really clean and easy to use. They clearly have spent a lot of money building out this platform. As for work I am happy to say I’ve been getting a ton of work in the Atlanta area. It’s great because you never have to accept a job. Payment is super fast. From the time I close out the job I get payment in my account the following day. The team there is decent to work with as well. There is someone always available over the phone is I have a question or issue.
