Family 360 is the best app ever I have been able to keep track of my kids all month! I really recommend Family360. I love it give you five stars and leave a like.

The location is inaccurate me and my boyfriend live together and we use Family360, mind you we have multiple cameras in our house and I fell asleep after him which is the time it said he was gone and it said he was gone for 3hrs of the night, which isn’t even possible being that we have 6 cameras & he was asleep right next to me also said on the maps part that he drove from home straight to work but on the history that he was at his brothers and drove straight to work from their. Also when I’m in traffic it will show that I stopped and the trip ended, it notifies you late and I paid for notifications it’s poor software and a waste of money try a different location service.

So I’m having a trip coming down from Florida and I decide to stop at my sisters house So my kids can hang out with there cousins and I’m in traffic and it stops and it says trip ended so I decide to call my sister and ask what her address cause I don’t remember her address and then she says the address and I put it in on my gps in my car and after my we visit my sisters I decide to use this to travel back home I stop at a really long red light and my trip ended once again I got mad 😠 and so basically Family360 is just not for me maybe some people but not me

I found Family360 to be a total waste of time and money. Purchased to track family’s location in case the information is ever needed. What a joke. Times were rarely correct. Last location of the day (home) was usually the only one correct. But time of arrival is the current time. History was also of no use. Lastly, you cannot get a refund of the yearly subscription if paid.

I expected something much better from a Microsoft product. I am sorely disappointed.

Family360 is awful!! The locations are more often than not terribly off. The time stamps are hideous! It doesn’t route the path of those in your “circle” on actual roads, instead it tracks from a bird’s eye view.
If you’re wanting Family360 for peace of mind…go look elsewhere. Family360 has caused more panic from wrong information than it’s prevented with accurate information.

I really enjoy having Family360. I’m away out of town and I can track where my family is so I know they made it to there destination safely. I love Family360.

I love Family360. One of the best things is that I can track the speed of the children. I also like the fact it notifies me when they arrive at a destination and it tells me the highest speed they had driven.

I didn’t really need it for location as iPhone allows u to see where ur family members are at at all times. Family360 was a waste of money. Was not user friendly either. I looked up the same problems others were having and there wasn’t much of a solution.

Also some of the features worked fine at first and then later they stopped working. Like whenever someone would go out of our home circle it would alert me at first and then it stopped doing it on its own even though we never changed anything. Weird.

Is great it loads fast and tells you exactly where your family is and when they get to where they are going

Don’t waste your money on Family360 if you live outside India. I used and bought it as an alternative to the other purple tracking app because it doesn’t store data i.e. location history. You know in case the FBI wants to know where i buried the body, they won’t find it in Family360! Well yeah, you won’t find ANYONE you want to find, you PAID and they AGREED to be found, either. It says live tracking with premium more like dead tracking… don’t waste your time, money, effort unless for some reason you like annoyance and frustration. Going back to LIFE 360, the BETTER purple app.

I've paid for premium for additional features which are not working and they offer no support despite several emails. They do not respond.
Update- they responded now and my issue is fixed. The tracking and alerts are helpful. Family360 is working much better now and it is useful

The only reason I downloaded Family360 is Life360 went down and my daughter was going to a party and I needed to track her. While Family360 does seem accurate , with Life360 they allow you to tag as many places as you want where as with Family360 you only get one free tag and then have to pay for additional.

I use it as a back up app but definitely not as my go to app.

For one, Family360 has the WORST location history ever! It will show you have been places you’ve never gone, it will show you haven’t left somewhere you’ve left a day ago. It is the worst! Furthermore, I canceled my subscription Oct. 16, 2022 and still they take my money EVERY MONTH! It is ridiculous. I’m getting ready to report them to any agency I can for fraudulently taking money from me.

The location is very accurate, but that is only when Family360 wants to work. My location works perfectly fine all of the time, but the location of the persons in my circle will go 20 and some hours without updating, and since that’s the main reasoning for Family360, it’s not very effective.

This is a good app. My daughter is getting older and at times she goes places with friends and other family members. I like the accuracy that Family360 has. Pin pointing exactly where my daughter is what I was going for and I got it with Family360.

I love being able to track my captives it really gives me a sense of direction when I’m trying to hunt them down

Purchase was intended to monitor location and speed of young drivers . The speed feature did not work and I received multiple notifications each time someone left or arrived - sometimes 3-4 for one event and never received speed alerts despite reaching out to the developers for advice/ assistance. 1/10 do not recommend .

Found out my kids were speeding way above the limit so I got this so I could get alerts when they speed. I don’t get the alerts although I can see their speed as they are driving. It works but just don’t get the preset alerts. I reached out to customer service and have yet to hear back.
