My sister has mental problem, I actually pay subscription in order to locate my sister if one day she goes missing, but Family360 turns off the real time tracking setting ‘always’ and switched to ‘while using’, so I can’t even track her location in real time. And the funny thing is recently my sister isn’t at home but Family360 shows she is at home.

I contacted customer service with no response from them on the issue; however, they already have my payment for the entire year.

This company is registered in India and not bound by certain data privacy laws some of us are accustomed to. Their privacy policy indicates the following:

While using our Service, we may also collect the following information: sex, age, date of birth, place of birth, passport details, citizenship, registration at the place of residence and actual address, telephone number (work, mobile), details of documents on education, qualification, professional training, employment agreements, NDA agreements, information on bonuses and compensation, information on marital status, family members, social security (or other taxpayer identification) number, office location, and other data.

The locations won’t update most of the time. You have to go into Family360 repeatedly, close it out, reopen etc multiple times and sometimes it still won’t update locations. Some days it shows one of us in a completely different country or completely blank for days.

It does seem to work decently if you keep Family360 open on one person and they are driving. If you are in a metal or old building it will not update for an hour or more after you leave.

The location is inaccurate me and my boyfriend live together and we use Family360, mind you we have multiple cameras in our house and I fell asleep after him which is the time it said he was gone and it said he was gone for 3hrs of the night, which isn’t even possible being that we have 6 cameras & he was asleep right next to me also said on the maps part that he drove from home straight to work but on the history that he was at his brothers and drove straight to work from their. Also when I’m in traffic it will show that I stopped and the trip ended, it notifies you late and I paid for notifications it’s poor software and a waste of money try a different location service.

Huge safety concern. My account was hacked. There’s no edit button for me to change my email address to a new one in Family360 (to make my account more secure). Also, there’s now way to log other devices out. When I send a message to customer service, it shows my account is linked to an iPhone 15, which I’ve never owned. Now, someone has access to mine and my families locations!

I get no benefit from having Family360. It doesn’t tell me anything. Nor help me stay in contact with my boyfriend. I had Life 360- which did actually let me see where he was. But not this… it constantly tells me he’s moving at 3 mph. When he is at his house all day? This is a huge waste of memory and big disappointment.

Purchase was intended to monitor location and speed of young drivers . The speed feature did not work and I received multiple notifications each time someone left or arrived - sometimes 3-4 for one event and never received speed alerts despite reaching out to the developers for advice/ assistance. 1/10 do not recommend .

For one, Family360 has the WORST location history ever! It will show you have been places you’ve never gone, it will show you haven’t left somewhere you’ve left a day ago. It is the worst! Furthermore, I canceled my subscription Oct. 16, 2022 and still they take my money EVERY MONTH! It is ridiculous. I’m getting ready to report them to any agency I can for fraudulently taking money from me.

It never had our location accurate. I had to resort to using find my iPhone app to see where my teenage daughter was at. And I only paid for this family 360 plan to see how fast her speeds were when driving since she is a new driver. I didn’t really need it for location as iPhone allows u to see where ur family members are at at all times. Family360 was a waste of money. Was not user friendly either. I looked up the same problems others were having and there wasn’t much of a solution.

Also some of the features worked fine at first and then later they stopped working. Like whenever someone would go out of our home circle it would alert me at first and then it stopped doing it on its own even though we never changed anything. Weird.

Locations are not accurate when my phone is on low battery. Family360 says that I travelled to somewhere 0.2 miles away even when I’m just sitting at the front porch. It has reported inaccurate locations for at least 10 times within a month of downloading Family360 . Misleading and causes problems in my relationship!!!

Don’t waste your money on Family360 if you live outside India. I used and bought it as an alternative to the other purple tracking app because it doesn’t store data i.e. location history. You know in case the FBI wants to know where i buried the body, they won’t find it in Family360! Well yeah, you won’t find ANYONE you want to find, you PAID and they AGREED to be found, either. It says live tracking with premium more like dead tracking… don’t waste your time, money, effort unless for some reason you like annoyance and frustration. Going back to LIFE 360, the BETTER purple app.

I’m not going to dis to much but it will tell me where my family was a few minutes ago and if they don’t have internet than I can’t always see where they are but it is better then find my and other apps I have used in the past for my family and dose a good gob showing the right location the Same spot were they are other apps will show the wrong location or say the it is just in a house but if I lose my phone with Family360 it will show around the right location in the house it is so I don’t have to look for a long time this is a good overall app and I will probably use it in the future I only have it a one star so u would read my review and fix some things that would bring Family360 over the top and make a lot more people like it thanks for keeping Family360 free and doing a good job with it but also don’t make Family360 sound creepy when it asks for you to show your location with you because that it kinda weird. Family360 is so inaccurate it will have you a mile away from where you actually are!And if your husband is as stupid as mine, Family360 will be the end of your marriage!stick with LIFE360. My husband’s phone is not supported by Life360 so we had to get Family360🤦🏻‍♀️he keeps installing it and uninstalling it (EVERY TIME HE GETS MAD AT ME BECAUSE Family360 SAYS I AM NOT WHERE I REALLY AM!) So I’m having a trip coming down from Florida and I decide to stop at my sisters house So my kids can hang out with there cousins and I’m in traffic and it stops and it says trip ended so I decide to call my sister and ask what her address cause I don’t remember her address and then she says the address and I put it in on my gps in my car and after my we visit my sisters I decide to use this to travel back home I stop at a really long red light and my trip ended once again I got mad 😠 and so basically Family360 is just not for me maybe some people but not me

I found Family360 to be a total waste of time and money. Purchased to track family’s location in case the information is ever needed. What a joke. Times were rarely correct. Last location of the day (home) was usually the only one correct. But time of arrival is the current time. History was also of no use. Lastly, you cannot get a refund of the yearly subscription if paid.

I expected something much better from a Microsoft product. I am sorely disappointed.

Family360 is awful!! The locations are more often than not terribly off. The time stamps are hideous! It doesn’t route the path of those in your “circle” on actual roads, instead it tracks from a bird’s eye view.
If you’re wanting Family360 for peace of mind…go look elsewhere. Family360 has caused more panic from wrong information than it’s prevented with accurate information.

I purchased the premium subscription and it does NOT do live tracking whenever I need it the most. The customer service team isn’t as fast or helpful unfortunately. It says you will be contacted within 24 hours…I’ve waited almost 3 days for a response. Want a refund but I’m told I have to contact Apple support instead of them. Getting the run around.

We had a circle of 3. We started off with the free version, and the delay for location updates was at least several minutes. So we upgraded to the paid version. A little better, but not much. We live in a populated area with solid phone service.

Very glitchy, and the interface isn't as intuitive as it could be. Definitely not worth the subscription.

The location is very accurate, but that is only when Family360 wants to work. My location works perfectly fine all of the time, but the location of the persons in my circle will go 20 and some hours without updating, and since that’s the main reasoning for Family360, it’s not very effective.

The only reason I downloaded Family360 is Life360 went down and my daughter was going to a party and I needed to track her. While Family360 does seem accurate , with Life360 they allow you to tag as many places as you want where as with Family360 you only get one free tag and then have to pay for additional.

I use it as a back up app but definitely not as my go to app.

Please update map on hawaii islands 🙏 some places are not the same as it looks in real life such as some places have buildings and homes but the map says its still acres of land like dirt so yes 🙌🏽

Family360 disconnects too much and every feature has a cost to use. If the service does not improve I will discontinue use.

I turned off notifications because Family360 is hyper!! It was notifying me that my daughter had come every hour on the hour, she was home the entire time, and by morning I had a ridiculous amount of notifications from Family360!! If this effects how it works I will delete Family360 and deem it useless because I don’t want to be notified every hour ANNOYING

Found out my kids were speeding way above the limit so I got this so I could get alerts when they speed. I don’t get the alerts although I can see their speed as they are driving. It works but just don’t get the preset alerts. I reached out to customer service and have yet to hear back. Probably won’t keep the premium service, just the free basic service or go back to Life360.

Watched this guru on TV being interviewed about how easily it is for our phones to get hacked without being noticed that it has been tampered with so I had to listen attentively to the conversation between him and the interviewer.

Family360 definitely help to keep tabs on love ones and family members but the work of such tracking apps is usually limited because you always need to access the device you want to keep tabs on in order for the tracking app to work effectively. My question is if i can access the device i want to hack, why would I need it hacked? But i understand we hack devices due to different intentions and to recover some information that must have been deleted or kept from being easily seen, the device will be required to be cloned. Being unfaithful gives rise to a whole lot of issues and situations that might be very difficult to cope with if you don't have an account of what is really going down with your partner when you are not together. I love Family360. One of the best things is that I can track the speed of the children. I also like the fact it notifies me when they arrive at a destination and it tells me the highest speed they had driven.
