Purchased lamp thru Amazon on 02/04/2024 and it stopped working

I am trying to reset my account password but Keepsmile won’t send me a confirm code.

My daughter got aome lights for her room, was trying to make her an account on keep smile app, Keeps giving me a error code when I try and register to set up an account

My lights are new. But they are not turning on. Could you help ?

My son just got your light and he just put them op. He tested them first and they worked fine. He just put them up and now they don’t Work at all anymore. The keepsmile app always worked. Now it’s asking for the confirmation code - 4 digits. And I don’t know it and I can’t log on now.

Hello, I purchased the 100ft Led Lights USTO Music Sync... rolls in March. It took me a while to install them, and when I finally did a few days ago, the colors don't all light up how they are supposed to. The strip will not give red, dark blue, yellow, and a wide range of colors. Basically the 2 rolls display Green, Purple, and a faint Aqua blue. I'm just wondering, is this a power supply issue? Is there some way to troubleshoot the lights or reset them to maybe make them work properly? I also don't have any card in my box with the lights and I can't click on "problem with my order" on amazon since it has been months since I got them. Any help to make these have full color would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Downloaded app for lights and when i try to register it tells me network abnormal. I use an iphone 12

Hi keepsmile, so I recently bought some lights for my boyfriends car and we installed them exactly how the instruction manual told us to and when we went to turn it on only one side of the car was working and I do not understand how to fix it!!!

Anyone know why one strip is one colour/color and the other is a completely different one?

Purchased the LED strip lights and they no longer work- the one section doesn't light when you turn it to some of the colors Just purchased these in September from Amazon I want a replacement or a refund asap

I bought this off of Amazon and the remote doesn't work. I press blue and red turns of. I press red and green turns on, green turns blue. I'm kinda disappointed with this product. I spent my money thinking I would get a solid working item.
