I was seeking out help because I currently cannot seek an expensive face to face therapist. Iām currently in desperate need as I am an adolescent and Iām in desperate need of figuring out decisions to make in my life that will impact me forever. I was extremely disappointed to receive an email saying they could not help me because they said I needed more. I understand that face to face therapy would be more beneficial than over the phone, but if an app claims to offer therapy to those in need, they should offer it.
