How to fix HypnoBox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HypnoBox app on iPhone
Update HypnoBox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HypnoBox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HypnoBox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HypnoBox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HypnoBox Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HypnoBox not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HypnoBox App
1. On android, goto Settings » HypnoBox » click [Force Stop]

Update HypnoBox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HypnoBox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HypnoBox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HypnoBox.

Fix HypnoBox unable to contact server/ HypnoBox internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HypnoBox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HypnoBox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HypnoBox
