My employer utilizes this app for company credit cards. It’s by far the worst credit card expense app I’ve ever used. It is very slow and glitchy. It often takes me 5+ minutes per expense. It frequently has errors uploading images. It takes 5-10 seconds to navigate to a different screen. (Example entering a job # then going back to the expense). They update CenterCard very often. Every time I’m hoping it gets better but nothing appears to have changed except that you have to log back in and half the time my administrator has to reach out to tech support because we cannot get logged back in. My experience with the this app app is so bad I will often use my personal card on small purchases just to avoid turning in any receipts I can. I’m hopeful they will improve CenterCard 🤞
This has to be the slowest app I’ve ever seen. It constantly needs updated. Once a month, I have to sign in yet. I always click the prompt of saving my password and never signing in again. CenterCard is junk.
App app is horrible and slower than any receipt documenting app I have ever used in my life.
Full of bugs and glitches, do not recommend for your business
CenterCard updates 5 times a week and logs you out more than that. Clunky and non intuitive
CenterCard is constantly refreshing/updating in the middle of filling out an expense. Has a tendency to constantly log you out. CenterCard also suddenly leaves an expense for the home page. It seems CenterCard wants to constantly save every entry/input which causes an expense to take 3-4 times longer than it should. Save the expense when submitting not after every entry/input, so the user doesn’t have to wait for CenterCard to update.
Regardless of your internet speed you spend so much time watching the application spin and think. This slowness really comes into play when you have many receipts for a single day
Also when you enter a new business and hit save….it doesn’t actually save it, you must reenter it every time
Last hope about some intuitive cursor placement to avoid unnecessary clicking
The bugs in CenterCard drive me insane. CenterCard will constantly kick me out, then when I try to get back in I get error messages saying contact administrator. After closing CenterCard about 5-7 times I can finally enter. CenterCard has been updated and so has my phone. The issue is on centers end.
Any time I change to another tab and then come back to the center card tab on my phone, it closes out the expense I was working on. Also any time I copy a pdf or image and then paste to an expense it closes the expense. Please update these bugs so I don’t have to keep going back into each expense.

I would appreciate a way to load all expenses into a monthly report and be able to hit submit once instead of having to do it for each individual expense/receipt etc. Also there shouldn’t be a limit on a number of stops or it should be a lot more than 10. That is very little for someone who makes several business stops in one day. Ease of use is also off, but overall a decent app.
Great for my team members to keep current on expenses. This makes reviewing and approving in a timely fashion a breeze.
Very intuitive and easy to use
Center makes it so easy to submit my expenses. As soon as there’s a charge on my card, I get a notification on my phone. From there, one click, take a picture of my receipt, enter in a few items and I’m done no more having to aggregate receipts to submit a month end report. CenterCard is easy and allows me to do that.
CenterCard of great and the instant receipt function is awesome for expense reporting
The this app + Expense App is everything you need in an expense reporting app. It’s intuitive and doesn’t over complicate the expense report. Highly recommend.
Not only is it easy to use but sends reminders. Love to be able to photograph the receipt and submit.
Great pop up alerts, auto-populating expenses at time of transaction, learning expense fields, unlimited customizable fields, backend exports (data and receipts), and each update offers actual GOOD improvements and updates. Oh, did they mention it was free?
Good luck finding any of the great features of Center for that price point.
