Very clunky. Poor layout.
I get nothing but a Connection Error on the initial screen.
App doesn’t work.
Downloaded last week and get “connection error” message and CQHotels freezes on opening image. Got this problem before the latest update, deleted it and upload, but still same problem.
The password doesn’t take even after I logged in from a computer, CQHotels refuses to accept it. It can’t find your reservation, etc. completely useless.
I tried online checkin, unable to located my reservation.
I spent more than 1 hr exchanging email with hotel app support but with no solution.
I physically checked and the apl doesn't work, not even as room key or tv remote.
Have to regularly re login. Nothing works as expected. Crashes. Constantly pops out to the website. This is my first, and will be my last stay at Club Quarters because of how terrible this apps is
Nice app if and when it works, but it asks me to relogin constantly, and gets stuck in a loop of asking me to... and the reservation fields are wonky when you try to fill them in. Hope it can be fixed!
CQHotels is a nice idea but I’ve not been able to get all of the functions to work. I can’t use my iphone as a remote and haven’t been able to use the key function.
