Connection Error
Downloaded last week and get “connection error” message and the app freezes on opening image. Got this problem before the latest update, deleted it and upload, but still same problem.

Don’t bother
The password doesn’t take even after I logged in from a computer, the app refuses to accept it. It can’t find your reservation, etc. completely useless.

Waste of time
I tried online checkin, unable to located my reservation. I spent more than 1 hr exchanging email with hotel app support but with no solution. I physically checked and the apl doesn't work, not even as room key or tv remote.
