When I sign in to My Chart I get message Error with server. Try again later. This has been going on for days. Getting back pass surgery July 15 and need to have access to My Chart.

How to fix St. Luke’s app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the St. Luke’s app on iPhone
Update St. Luke’s app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall St. Luke’s iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix St. Luke’s on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve St. Luke’s network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

St. Luke’s Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix St. Luke’s not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the St. Luke’s App
1. On android, goto Settings » St. Luke’s » click [Force Stop]

Update St. Luke’s to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear St. Luke’s App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » St. Luke’s » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart St. Luke’s.

Fix St. Luke’s unable to contact server/ St. Luke’s internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click St. Luke’s » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto St. Luke’s » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch St. Luke’s
