I downloaded StLukes and it was great!!! For about a month, now it won’t let me log in and there is no one that can seem to fix the problem. While I was able to use it it was perfect. But until I can get in, it’s been over 2 weeks, I can’t say that it’s worth having

StLukes used to be SO helpful and convenient. Since the recent update, I can no longer see future appointments that I know for a fact are scheduled, I constantly get false notifications of “new messages” that don’t exist, and I can’t even view past appointment summaries because the text overlaps and it usually doesn’t load the appointment that was selected anyway. Until they decide to fix the issues, all StLukes is good for is viewing test results.

I loved the original version of StLukes ...it was lightning fast- easy to use- information was updated in a timely manner and accurate.
The new version takes FOREVER to load- the heart rate graphics are nice - but I shouldn’t have to look at them for 30 seconds or more to get to my information. StLukes has crashed the last few times I tried to access. My list of doctors disappeared. Very very disappointed. Please fix it or bring back the original app.
And.....if I remember correctly - I was forced to update.....not cool👎🏼👎🏼

I tried setting up StLukes while waiting for my last appointment. The screen froze and locked up my account before I ever got in. I need to call St Luke’s to unlock it, but they are only open 8-4:30 M-F. Useless. Now i need to pick a nickname to post a comment and everything is taken already. App is frustrating as hell. Even the nickname “hate StLukes” is taken. Whoever beat me to it, I hope I can locate your review.

Tried countless times to make appointment with my doctor. It would show available times but no matter what I selected it said “no longer available”.
It should work properly before you release it for use.....

Appointments section is not accurate. I had physical therapy and visits are not showing up in past appts. I also have a pcp appt scheduled in the future that is not showing up in upcoming. When I click schedule an appt I get a blank screen, and I tried to update my phone number in my profile and it would not allow me to save.

Can’t remember my password because they won’t let me use my normal password because it doesn’t meet their criteria. Why is a four digit PIN number good enough for my bank account but StLukes needs an elaborate password? Then I have to call the 1-800 number to have it reset because I can’t remember how I modified it. Just text the messages in my chart to me it would be easier.

StLukes would be much more useful if it loaded faster. It also keeps requesting that I turn on location, which it doesn’t need for my purposes. I want more access to billing info. Overall I’d rather have StLukes than not have it, but it could use some tweaking.

Ran into problems right away just setting a password. I would enter a lower case letter and it would capitalize it if it was the first letter after a number, later I wanted three letter capitalized, nope it wanted to make those lower case as they were amongst other letters. It is like it is applying proofreading editing to you password which based on good password protocols should not be words in a sent ace structure. I would delete the character it changed, but then it would change them right back to its preferred capitalization structure. Whose password is this anyways? Stupid glitch that is frustrating, no idea behind the logic of that.

Had StLukes for 2 years..suddenly it did not know me, told me they had a different email on record and when I tried to create a new account with all my information it told me that was already someone else’s active account. Plus the use a third party for security questions which would not accept some of my answers, although they were correct. Very frustrated with StLukes

While I think this is very convenient and wonderful to be able to few all my medical information through an app. StLukes needs to be updated. It never appropriately loads and takes me at least two times of logging in to get to the main page. Once there to get into my chart I have to also click that twice as it never loads the first time and an error message pops up. This happens every time I click back to my chart and try to go into a different category. Once fixed I will be happy to come back and change my star rate!

App is a good idea if it worked all the time. Frequently shuts down. Takes a while to go from screen to screen. I do like that I send my doctor a note, ask a question or get a refill on my prescriptions. Just wish was more reliable.

This is a great app for a thumbnail view of MyChart. I can see appointments, send non critical messages to my providers, and see test results. However, typing in the password every time when my ph Be is already secured is bothersome. Please enable Touch ID or the building save password feature of iOS. That would take this to a 4-5 Star review. (Calendar integration would be nice as well).

I have to reinstall app frequently to see any new appointments and the home screen is sometimes just blank after loading. I like StLukes a lot but it’s just not fully functioning well for me

StLukes is soooo much better than it used to be. I can get my appts and visit summaries so much faster. I love being able to check in for my appts and also transfer them easily to my calendar! Way to go!!

Despite some occasional bugs, I LOVE StLukes! Especially having MyChart integrated. I love seeing all my appointments, test results, finding locations & doctors, Video Visits! StLukes makes my life so much easier and efficient.

Not sure why everyone so bummed out 🤷🏼♂️I now have a “useful” home screen with information that’ll actually use to manage all my tests. All my appointments are at tip of my fingers... plus all my test results are available ALWAYS within hours, yes even with the new version. Not a fan of all the colors but hey I’m here for all the information it provides me

I really love StLukes. I find myself going on it regularly anymore. Saying that though, I have two suggestions to improve StLukes . 1) have it available to sync with different calendar apps ( Google, apple, ect) so I don't have to go back and forth to update my calendar with new appointments. 2) enable the after visit notes, message, and information of that nature to be able to be printed at home. Thanks.

MyChart makes MyHeart happy. Super duper easy to navigate, schedule an appointment, etc. Thanks mobile app team for making a cool easy app to keep me healthy :)

First thing, why allow a user to favorite a doctor and not supply a way to view favorites? That is the opposite of helpful. Second, when I go to try and link My Chart using Experian, I click submit and StLukes crashes so I have yet to be able to view My Chart. Please clean up StLukes. It would be fantastic if it was more user friendly.

Latest update has really improved the experience. I’m now able to connect to MyChart!
