New Version is HORRIBLE
I loved the original version of the app...it was lightning fast- easy to use- information was updated in a timely manner and accurate. The new version takes FOREVER to load- the heart rate graphics are nice - but I shouldn’t have to look at them for 30 seconds or more to get to my information. The app has crashed the last few times I tried to access. My list of doctors disappeared. Very very disappointed. Please fix it or bring back the original app. And.....if I remember correctly - I was forced to update.....not cool👎🏼👎🏼

New update ruined it.
This app used to be SO helpful and convenient. Since the recent update, I can no longer see future appointments that I know for a fact are scheduled, I constantly get false notifications of “new messages” that don’t exist, and I can’t even view past appointment summaries because the text overlaps and it usually doesn’t load the appointment that was selected anyway. Until they decide to fix the issues, all the app is good for is viewing test results.

Can’t access
I tried setting up the app while waiting for my last appointment. The screen froze and locked up my account before I ever got in. I need to call St Luke’s to unlock it, but they are only open 8-4:30 M-F. Useless. Now i need to pick a nickname to post a comment and everything is taken already. App is frustrating as hell. Even the nickname “hate this app” is taken. Whoever beat me to it, I hope I can locate your review.
