I can’t seem to view all the data for a particular club anymore. I did try to reinstall the app on my iPad, but that doesn’t work.
Unable to progress past "set up player name"
I am new to Trackman and cannot complete creating a profile, it sticks at 'create public name' so I have to continue as a guest and therefore all my range practice data is lost. I am using the app on Android.
Cannot connect my new iphone 13 on wifi. Deleted and reinstalled app and reset network many times. Turned off VPN. Still will not connect.
I’m using the app on iPhone. Data for my average driving distance appear to be ok, however it suggests my longest is 1232.1yds. How do I reset or this section or do I have to clear everything and start again losing my track an handicap and all previous practice and training sessions.
App will not give me handicap, let me review past okayed courses, and will not allow me to open tournament invitation to join league
My practice and game information no ĺonger is available via my Android phone app despite logging in at my Centre. Practice reports are sent to my email when I ask for a report.
No QR code on screen nor PIN number so can’t login for playing courses.
