Supposedly I have already cancelled! You do not show up in my subscriptions on my phone and I still get magazine and bills. I am in my 80’s and this is very frustrating to me I do not intend to pay to cancel as is suggested. Pleas help me to resolve this issue Thank you
Subscription is under Mark. 1. I have been unable to sync the app to my magazine subscription since the April 2022 issue 2. I have sent multiple requests over the past month through the "Contact Us" feature within the app with ZERO response. 3. The app is up to date 4. I do not want to uninstall because I am convinced if I do so and try to provide my paper subscription info again I will end up losing the access to all the issues prior to April 22 which I currently have access too. I would like to cancel my subscription
I paid for a 13 issue subscription on July 16, 2021. I have received a bill for a new subscription that I did not authorize! I want the subscription to end. Account # 2295051011 Regards, Kevin HINE
My subscription is current through April 23. but the app will not sync any issue past April 2022. Unacceptable that there is no phone contact to call. What good is an appt it is unusable? Contact. 970-402-8352.
