How to fix EazeWork app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EazeWork app on iPhone
Update EazeWork app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EazeWork iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EazeWork on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EazeWork network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

EazeWork Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix EazeWork not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EazeWork App
1. On android, goto Settings » EazeWork » click [Force Stop]

Update EazeWork to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EazeWork App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EazeWork » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EazeWork.

Fix EazeWork unable to contact server/ EazeWork internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EazeWork » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EazeWork » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EazeWork
