When using the app, it does not save changes. I make changes, press save, but nothing happens. When I go back later to check, the default is on and set to level 1 again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I have followed the force stop directions on this site. Please advise how I can set it and forget it and it will continue working. Thanks!

I have 2 devices, one light turns on but not working after 2 months of working, one works fine. Went to app and it says device not found.
