For over a week, I've been trying to get customer support to address an ongoing issue. I get a patented response they are working on it and then no more responses, and it still doesn't function. When I click on the three dots in the drop-down menu of a row I generated and click generate again, the Model/Alchemy settings randomly change and alter the entire row of images instead of regenerating at the same settings. It also turns off the Alchemy when I try to regenerate. This is a waste of tokens, as the image is not generated with the settings I used. It has never done this before. It should not change the Model/Alchemy settings when I try to regenerate.

How to fix Leonardo.Ai app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Leonardo.Ai app on iPhone
Update Leonardo.Ai app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Leonardo.Ai iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Leonardo.Ai on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Leonardo.Ai network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Leonardo.Ai App
1. On android, goto Settings » Leonardo.Ai » click [Force Stop]

Update Leonardo.Ai to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Leonardo.Ai App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Leonardo.Ai » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Leonardo.Ai.

Fix Leonardo.Ai unable to contact server/ Leonardo.Ai internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Leonardo.Ai » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Leonardo.Ai » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Leonardo.Ai
