When watching UEFA or CopeAmerica games the quality becomes very spotty and constant cuts to another program/video then back to the game.

I am seeing commercials on Vix. I am a Tmobile customer . Why am I now seeing commercials.

Using a chrome browser on my Windows 10 machine, I now get this error trying to see a news show: We're sorry, but ViX isn't available in your country. Well, it used to work until Monday. I am in the Kansas City area and was using it on my browser before. This is a sad developement. It used to work well without a problem and I even joined vix+. Roku works still, but the website is basically dead. Everytime i want to watch a game well while im watching it, it lags randomly probably every 5-9 minutes and it wont stop

I have been watching shows on Vix and everything was ok, but few days ago it started to get very frustrating , the show series I'm watching starts fine but right every commercial brake it starts all over again from the very beginning. So a one hour show will take to run over 2-3 hrs if left alone, since it runs from the beginning after the 5 or so commercial brakes. How can I fix this?

It keeps staring from the beginning when it have way thru.

I’m watching a show and every time there is commercials the episode restarts and when i try to put it where i left off i goes back to commercials. And then back to the beginning

I have been having major issues with VIX everytime there is a commercial break it goes right back to the beginning of the series very frustrating can’t even watch properly please fix asap. This while trying to watch novelas on demand.

I watch novelas but after every commercial instead of continuing the episode where it left off it starts from the very beginning of the episode after every commercial

What is wrong with the vix tv app? I see a lot of complaints but it doesn't get fixed. I have tried many times to watch a novela and when I click on it, it goes into a dark screen. Please fix this issue, or delete the App. Anyway it's useless so why keep it!?!? Also I tried to find a phone number and there's no customer service phone number to call. What an App!

App is not open inglés, is telling me always that it is not working and is giving me code 001 even that I already suscribed for app

I was able to download the app on my smart tv, and It only opens to the VIX logo and then goes out to a black screen, and it says try again in a few minutes. I know it's not my tv because I get Netflix and I’ve tried the app on my phone and it works fine! And the wifi works just fine for everything else.? What’s the issue? I’ve already tired resetting my tv and I reset my wifi and I even updated everything so I don’t understand

Novela starts loading once loaded it jumps to next episode and starts loading again then to next episode and on and on and on .....but never plays any episodes😂😂

Same problem as Violet Paredes above. On a Samsung TV loaded VIX App opens to logo and then a black screen saying “ not available…. Try again in a few minutes . Also could not VIX App on iPhone and IPad to play on a Vizio TV using airplay On a PC finally got it to work on Chrome browser. Did not work on Firefox or Edge

Please fix this issue, I know it's not my tv because I get Hulu, Netflix YouTube, and other apps and they are working well. I even tried Chromecast and it still VIX fails. This is not a good start.

I have a roku connected to non-smart tv and also another Roku-TV VIX does the presentation when launches but all selections goes to blank screen. I can navegate thru channels and everything but I can not see any program. I also have an APPLE HD TV and VIX works normal and I can see the programs. What happens with ROKU??

ViX is saying it’s not available in my country. I live in the USA and this wasn’t an issue earlier today.

Choosing the novela only for it not to start and show only a black screen. I didn't have this problem before it switched to VIX

The telenovela goes into black screen and won’t return. This is a daily issue

Selection is difficult because you have to click on the movie and wait to get in to find out what the movie is about. Also, if you are looking at movies on demand under drama, the system will periodically kick you out and place you in action or some other category.

Scrolling is difficult as it kicks you from the area you are looking through to another area every time.

Unable to load selection 99% of the time.

Alborada tv novela is not working but others are.
