OTP time limit is 15mins - but email takes over a hour to be sent get there. Can’t even use mobile number as wants authenticate email address noting ☝️

Keeps logging user out and needing verification. Such a long tedious and repetitive process - which ultimately doesn’t even work. Logs you out mid shop. Not user friendly. Update not worthy.

Great idea if it actually works. I have an iPhone 11 so by no means an old phone. Clicks doesn’t work properly. I was able to load a new script and order a repeat once…. Ever since then that function is down and doesn’t work….. Clicks is just occupying space on my phone now…

Really terrible app. Does not work at all. Can’t link Clubcard or load Clubcard deals on app. It only shows to activate by downloading Clicks but while being on Clicks , makes no sense? Can’t reset passwords, profile keeps asking to log in, once log in it says already logged in. Not usable app at all. What a waste of time

The quality of Clicks is shocking. The script functionally does not work. It’s not optimized for iPhone X and Clicks switching is completely broken. If this kind of development came out of my development team, I would be embarrassed.

Tried to register using my club card details but it keeps saying I’m not recognized on the system. Why write such a hopeless app? It only serves to frustrate people! Absolute rubbish.

Clicks has stopped working and the bugs need to be fixed.

Since i have downloaded Clicks 2 months ago, it has worked exactly 1 day!!!! 😡

Installed Clicks , but unable to add dependants. After e-mailing and phoning, the question was escalated. Still waiting for the respons.

Really need to add the card to Apple wallet.

It’s great not to have to carry my plastic loyalty card anymore. It’s great to have my loyalty benefits up to date and at my finger tips. Also nice to be able to shop online and even get a prescription filled for collection!
