Until now, they keep on charging me in my husband's credit card.
My subscription is canceled but I'm still getting charged, I want a refund.
I want too cancel my subscription please do not charge me again
DONT SIGHN UP SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT
This company is a scam. I signed up April last year 2020 and after a couple of days I ended that and in November 2020 they charged 25€ from my bank account then I was emailing them and got my money back and asked them to delete my account. Now in February 2021 they charged my again 25€ and I don't even have an account there....... This is illegal

If I could leave 0 stars, I would have! Unfortunately, I am required to at least provide 1...so here you go! This was an absolutely horrible experience! I signed up for the free trial yesterday in pursuit of graphic design and photoshop courses for my business and let me tell you, if I could attach screenshots of the multiple calls, emails, AND texts that I have received within just the last 24 hours DEMANDING that I download the app (That I already downloaded), reminding me that attending my classes are MANDATORY, etc. It was ridiculous! It immediately began to feel like a scam and harassment. Even if it IS legit, no one should be treated that way. Besides, the video lesson wouldn’t even play! Today I decided to cancel because it just was THAT bad, I didn’t even want the “free” trial (“free” because it kept trying to get me to buy toolkits and adobe crap I wouldn’t even know how to use because the video wouldn’t play). The website literally had 5 pages of trying to get me to keep the membership, and when I continued to press end my membership, it made me call a number just to finish the job. The rep then proceeded to hound me and try to convince me to keep it. I repeatedly stated I want to cancel and she outright spoke over me and was very aggressive. Finally, she sent me an email confirmation of cancellation but after all I went through, I will definitely watch my account because something just isn’t right about how this place conducts business.

Read until the end. So, I will start by saying I’ve taken the first lesson and it’s definitely worth it for a free course so far. The content is great. The down sides? They bombard your emails far too aggressive from the outset. High level of spam feeling. They also have pop ups as you start that (if you’re not super careful) you may click on for an “instant tap to purchase” and then you’re stuck with it and no refund... but THEN what makes it worse is after the first lesson they offer the same thing for free if you leave a review. My advice for the consumer: don’t fall for clickbait and don’t move too fast! My advice for the company: 1) refund my money for what seems like a scam 2) don’t scam your users! Either give it free or make everyone pay... be forthcoming with your offers and stay consistent. You’ll only lose trust and loyalty with customers. 3) cut the emails and reminders down to about 15% of what they are. I’m on day three and so very ready to block everything and cancel because the amount of emails is beyond absurd.
Update: SCAM and FRAUD. I was contacted by a gentleman named Warren at ShawAcademy with a fancy offer for unlocking full access and getting adobe access for 3 months included. Two weeks have gone by and nothing. Nothing from adobe. Customer service and WARREN have shown zero support. I am trying to get my $ back, but I believe I fell for a SCAM and this company is committing FRAUD. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCHEMES!

I am a teacher, therefore, especially during this pandemic, I work several hours that the service line is open. As a result, I could not cancel my membership. There is also not an option to cancel that is strictly online. You are FORCED to call a number and deal with them trying to convince you to keep it. Then, because the workers are at home, some will lie and say that they cannot contact their supervisor so there is nobody higher up you can talk to. The program runs on a 28 day cycle, not 30, so be prepared to think you have extra time to cancel but don’t. They do not give refunds, under any circumstances pretty much, which is very not centered around the customer. Sure, they tried to offer me 6 months free but if you can offer 6 months, why can’t I just have my money back? Food for thought. But basically, because their offices are all over the world (not against global companies at all) they do not make themselves available to their customers. Their email literally says that they apologize that the hours are terrible! Oh! And their billing team does not even have a phone number. They are not available on weekends, so I literally had to wait until the day after my free subscription expired to cancel. I call at 9 am and they still won’t give me my money back. Feels like a scam. No other global company does this. Not customer friendly. Not user friendly.
