This company has the absolute worst customer service. I tried to sign up for the free trial but couldn’t figure out how to start the trial. I emailed to inquire about it but did not get a response for days - but they would not extend the trial so I could actually have a week to try it.
We tried to use it with the few days we had left on the trial, but the app keeps crashing. We had to delete it and reinstall it more than once to get it working.
I decided I did not want to continue the trial, because all my kid wanted to do was watch the videos. However, I could not find any way to cancel because the app is continually crashing. I emailed them three days ago and still no response. In the meantime I find that my card has been charged $40. $40 for an app I do not want and can’t even use if I did want to. I am very angry about this.
Btw, I see that many of the five-star reviews were posted on June 16 or thereabouts. Are those real reviews or were they paid??
To the developers: thanks for your response. But you have not addressed my problem. I still have not received any response about cancelling. Are you going to keep charging me $40 every few months, whether I like it or not? What kind of business are you running? I want a refund of the $40 you charged to my card, and assurance that you will not continue to charge me for something I do not want and can’t even use.

Thanks for you response, but you have no addressed my problem. I purchase this app 11/5 (and my night mare started because the app keeps crashing , No only that correct answers was wrong answers my child get frustrated etc )I delete that app a couples times and finally enough is enough I delete for good . I contact you developer and seems like that game start . A couples day later I receive a email Question me and ask me for proof to help them to fix this app ( screenshots with the wrong answers, screenshots of the app sticks exactly and which actions I did before the app stuck ? Etc..) are you serious! What part you developers don’t understand went I said I delete that app ( 11/5 same day )are you guys going to charge me for a couple hours ?o I have to charge you for waisted my time ? I already contact my bank and send emails that we exchange ,I need my money back. And stop to play around ! What kind of business are you running?

I downloaded this app for my daughter and it didn't take long to realize that it really wasn't what I was looking for in an app for my daughter. Nothing against the app, but She has another learning app which covers everything in this one.
Within hours of downloading the app I tried to cancel my free trial. When the option wasn't available via support (as per the instructions) I emailed the company that I wanted to cancel. They responded offering me a special price on the app to which I responded no thank you, and again requested they end my trial immediately.
Well, today I was charged the annual subscription price for this app! Despite my having asked twice to please cancel. App buyer beware, evidently the free trial comes with some serious bags attached, and you'll have to put in some serious effort to dispute charges.
