Frustration nonstop

The Soehnle devices are great and they gather somewhat very accurate info. However, this app has to be one of the worst ever. It is not user friendly, the language setting is off and so are the units. It’s constantly a frustration to even open the app, let alone use it. The concept for the app is very good, simple and to the point. However the user experience makes it such a hassle and an annoying activity, this makes Soehnle lose value as a company. I cannot stress enough how bad this app is and how urgently it needs a makeover.
Doesn’t work

This app legitimately doesn’t work. It crashes, won’t sync with the scales, and won’t let you put in your actual height. Returning the weighing scales I bought because it can’t get the readings that are advertised on the box.
Just not working

The app and scale have completely different data. Seems to be impossible to change from inch to cm and to erase a profile easily once it’s set. Emailed customer service and never got a reply
