Soehnle Connect Reviews

The Soehnle devices are great and they gather somewhat very accurate info. However, SoehnleConnect has to be one of the worst ever. It is not user friendly, the language setting is off and so are the units. It’s constantly a frustration to even open SoehnleConnect , let alone use it. The concept for SoehnleConnect is very good, simple and to the point. However the user experience makes it such a hassle and an annoying activity, this makes Soehnle lose value as a company. I cannot stress enough how bad SoehnleConnect is and how urgently it needs a makeover.

SoehnleConnect legitimately doesn’t work. It crashes, won’t sync with the scales, and won’t let you put in your actual height. Returning the weighing scales I bought because it can’t get the readings that are advertised on the box.

SoehnleConnect and scale have completely different data. Seems to be impossible to change from inch to cm and to erase a profile easily once it’s set. Emailed customer service and never got a reply

SoehnleConnect doesn’t record the information from the scale. So there is no way to keep track of your stats. No support in the US, this product does not do what it’s marketed and sold as.

App is not working at minimum level; weight can’t be changed from lbs to kg; height can not be corrected

The devs need to get on SoehnleConnect and fix some fairly easy to fix things like the ability to change the height right now it’s at 0 inches and with that messes everything else up so SoehnleConnect is pointless for anything other than keeping track of my weight. Come on people updated something a couple weeks ago and can’t fix this... I could probably do it in 5 minutes...
