My MySudo app screen is frozen as of yesterday, Sunday, morning. I can’t change sudos, download new messages/ emails, texts, I can’t get to these, or the phones. NOTHING WORKS. CANT GET TO SEARCH OPTIONS. EVERYTHING FROZEN. MY iPhone number (previously)you have it I can’t use the app at all. It won’t budge

How to fix MySudo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MySudo app on iPhone
Update MySudo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MySudo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MySudo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MySudo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MySudo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MySudo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MySudo App
1. On android, goto Settings » MySudo » click [Force Stop]

Update MySudo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MySudo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MySudo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MySudo.

Fix MySudo unable to contact server/ MySudo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MySudo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MySudo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MySudo
