Need to change email address
I know the phone number too my card, but dont know the email the one i keep putting in never gets any email
Hi I had a rewards card and lost it. I no longer have the email or phone number but when I visit a doublekwik I just punch in the number. I need to find away to be able to use my rewards but cant cause of this. I know the email associated with the account but not the password and cant reset password cause I dont have the email anymore. I've had this account since the first day this started years and years back.
The worst of all gas station rewards programs!

Speedway, Pilot & every other rewards program have a lot more variety, options, deals, specials & take a lot less points to actually get a reward than the Double Kwik program!! It is what it is & it’s better than nothing, but this app doesn’t even have a gas discount built in like speedway & the others. As far as the app itself, it’s simple and easy to use for the most part, but the rewards program is an example of the reason I avoid Double Kwik as much as possible!! I wish there was a way to give them a negative rating, not only the rewards program, but Double Kwik as a whole!! U don’t even get credit for the points on your card when u link them!!

I only give it one star because it wouldn’t let me do a half star. This app is rediculous. The points are to hard to get and the rewards are to high ! I loved the old app but this one gets a 👎from me.
