I installed the app on my iPhone 11 and wanted to use it with my new Timebox Evo, however the Timebox connects over bluetooth without any problems but the app refuses to connect to bluetooth. That means I cannot download/transfer pictures etc from the app on my phone to get them to dispaly on my Timebox. I have tried all the usual troubleshooting solutions like reinstalling the app, factory reset of the device, restarting my phone and so on. Nothing is resolving my issue. Please advise on what may be the problem here.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Divoom app issues:

Force Stop the Divoom App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Divoom app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Divoom to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Divoom App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Divoom app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Divoom.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Divoom » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
