Summary of Divoom Problems 🔥

- Nothing is explained about the 32x32 or 64x64 that can be unlocked

- App is alittle buggy

- Speaker sometimes malfunctions to where it turns off the pixel display

- Disconnects from the Bluetooth frequently

- Weather settings can't be manually adjusted to your area

- Can't be changed from Celsius to Farenheight

I installed the app on my iPhone 11 and wanted to use it with my new Timebox Evo, however the Timebox connects over bluetooth without any problems but the app refuses to connect to bluetooth. That means I cannot download/transfer pictures etc from the app on my phone to get them to dispaly on my Timebox. I have tried all the usual troubleshooting solutions like reinstalling the app, factory reset of the device, restarting my phone and so on. Nothing is resolving my issue. Please advise on what may be the problem here.

How to fix Divoom app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Divoom app on iPhone
Update Divoom app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Divoom iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Divoom on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Divoom network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Divoom Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Divoom not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Divoom App
1. On android, goto Settings » Divoom » click [Force Stop]

Update Divoom to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Divoom App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Divoom » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Divoom.

Fix Divoom unable to contact server/ Divoom internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Divoom » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Divoom » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Divoom
