How to fix Jodel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Jodel app on iPhone
Update Jodel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Jodel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Jodel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Jodel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Jodel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Jodel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Jodel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Jodel » click [Force Stop]

Update Jodel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Jodel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Jodel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Jodel.

Fix Jodel unable to contact server/ Jodel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Jodel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Jodel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
