I use AsburyPARK all the time, yet I've gotten 2 tickets in this past year while using AsburyPARK, so beware! I used it recently, then pretty soon after could see a ticket being placed on my car. I immediately pulled up AsburyPARK and the session I "started" earlier was no longer listed in my history, even though I went through all the steps and started the session. This happened to me a while ago also, but it was one of the first times I used AsburyPARK so I thought it was user error. By now I know how it works, and I know that it wasn't just me, and other people have confirmed that it's happened to them too. I was parked right in front of the sign that had the zone number, so I know that wasn't the issue. If you're going to use AsburyPARK, you should double and probably triple check that the session actually started and possibly screenshot for backup in case you still get a ticket. I wish I did that this last time.

So parking space costs $10. And to use AsburyPARK you must have a minimum of $10 balance in your wallet. However AsburyPARK charges you and .30 cent fee to process so it automatically charges another $10 to your wallet. It does not give the option to replenish your account just for the 30 cents. So essentially i paid $20 for a $10 spot.

Tried to pay last night in Asbury park using their new pay by plate system which did not work. I hadn't my phone and didn't know about the pay by plate system since was first time there since new system was installed. I tried inserting my credit card n it would not work tried bills and the station would not let me enter them. We then went to another station n got the same, so annoyed we left town since I saw police around giving tickets.. not everyone would know before coming to town it would be such a hassle to park. You have to download an app just to pay for a parking spot? I think that is crazy besides the fact really inconvenient.

I’ve had AsburyPARK for a while because I live close. I tried to use AsburyPARK and it kept telling me “network error try again”. I’m not sure what I did wrong. But it’s annoying and inconvenient.

I came across AsburyPARK last night and was asked if I wanted to download it and I did. Before I knew it it was asking me for my thumbprint which is automatic charge and that I “paid “ for it. I can’t find anywhere how much, does anyone know what I paid for AsburyPARK?

Not sure if it is town issue or app issue, but have been using AsburyPARK seemlessly since it first came out until... Found parking near beach at 10:26am paid, came back later to ticket on my car written out at 10:32am. Cmon its off season people! Called town on Monday and was able to upload the ticket and screen shot of session/payment. I get AsburyPARK is free but have had many Saturday beach outings without incident. Should be a better system of notifying of a paid car.

Love AsburyPARK ! It’s very convenient and I haven’t hit any showstopper bugs.

It would be wonderful if you enhance the expired session notification feature to allow some flexibility. Sometimes by the time I notice the alert, the two minutes it gives me is long past. The ability to set the notification time (2-10 minutes, for example), and the ability to provide multiple alerts (similar to a snooze function) would be awesome!

Genuinely just such a good app. So easy to use and navigate and it helps me out so much. If you go to Asbury even once in your life it is still worth downloading for that one time.

Very easy to install and set up. Very easy to use on-going. Wish they would come up with the same app. for Red Bank, NJ parking. Kudos to the developers on this great and handy little s/w application.

AsburyPARK made parking and paying a breeze. No worries about tickets or having change, and the alerts kept me from going overtime. Five stars!

Surprisingly professional app with great usability features. I wish other apps from bigger companies were similar.

Super convenient and easy to use. Love the alerts. I don’t mind paying the convenience fee because it is so convenient. Only once it didn’t register my parking space number and I had to pay at a meter.

Convenient, fast, and so much easier to use than its predecessor. The mechanism for entering time is a little odd, but all in all it's a very streamlined app.

Add money to your wallet and get 5-10$ free. (Smart of them) & AsburyPARK honks at you when you have a few minutes remaining. I dig it.

Haven't had any issues. Love it so far. It is so much more convenient than having to go to the meters.

Each step is simple. Setup, paying for a spot, expiring parking and renewing a spot are nicely done. The UI is super clean, easy to read and understand. Great job!
