Not a credit!!!!!!

Seems my last review was deleted by this developer Here is the response, “

Dining Advantage
HSP EPI Acquisition LLC
"We are sorry to learn that the value provided by the Dining Advantage program does not suit your tastes. Fortunately, you received your credit without any financial requirement and you have no obligation to use it. Your credit will expire at the end of the day on December 18th. If you would like your account deleted prior to then, please use the Contact Us link on our website to submit your request." ......Fake credits provides make it seem like your saving money but you are not. Can’t believe this fake app even exists as you can better deals through the restaurants themselves.................Still the same bait and switch scam

Coupon lover

DiningAdvantage shows promise. Nice not to have the old books to lug around. One thing that is a bummer, after viewing an offer I wish I could go back to where I was. Instead it makes me go back to the top of the page. Also it would be nice to have a link to the restaurant so I could check it out. I was happy to receive a card for free but was a bit bummed when I found it was for coupon use. I should have realized that since it is from your company. Not your fault but the fault of the dealership that gave it to me. Have always found your products to be useful. Hope that the bugs get worked out and this becomes a success for the company. I used to work for this company a long, long time ago and met my husband there. Hope that this product brings your company much success.

Fake!!!

The restaurants listed said they did not accept the coupons, nor did they take the credit for DiningAdvantage that I received from TMobile! They are a fake business! Which is sad, because I used to buy the Entertainment book and had many pleasant experiences using those coupons. Don’t download DiningAdvantage! TMobile I feel like you owe me twenty bucks! Don’t give us fake free money on Tuesdays!

By

Business did not accept coupon

The business I went to did not accept the coupon and said it was a scam. How are businesses selected to be on the site? I tried submitting feedback through the contact us text box but it just said that there was trouble submitting my form several times. What is the best way to submit feedback/concerns?

By

Problematic

Today the site reads “access denied.” There are times in which one presents the restaurant staff states it has never heard of Dining Advantage, and you feel like it’s bait & switch. I’ve had this happen three times. Twice Dining Advantage issued a refund to my account and once they wouldn’t as the credit came from a T-Mobile offer.

By

Scam scam scam

So sad ... I was excited I received “free $25 credit” from my car dealership. But agree downloading DiningAdvantage I slowly realized this was all just a bunch of fluff to sell your information to third party companies to recommend you garbage ads to your email address... don’t even waste your time downloading DiningAdvantage :(

By

Waist of time

There is no point in downloading DiningAdvantage, as it’s savings is a joke. They’re basically giving you credit for coupons to use in store. The amount of savings is not even worth going through the registration and setup.

By

Terrible selection

App was marketed as a food service and not a coupon service. Poor coupon selection and savings. Waste of time, will probably be leaving T-Mobile because of this.

By

Horrible

This company is fake I went today to use a coupon for a restaurant called Chicago’s best they said they told this company not to use their business but dining advantage did anyway. I contacted dining advantage and I still have not gotten a response this is a shame

By

Dining advantage is frankly a scam!

If you received a “$20 dinning credit” it’s not a credit! Why use DiningAdvantage if your paying for the Savings anyways. DiningAdvantage is simply a fraud and you should stay far far away. I guarantee a class action is coming shortly!

By

It’s false advertisement

They make up their own coupons, so the restaurants don’t have any reason to honor said made up coupon with $20 credit from T-Mobile.

By

Complete garbage. Zero customer support.

Scam! Crap! Garbage. Worthless. Don’t waste your time, data or money on DiningAdvantage or it’s worthless program.

By

Lil ceaza

Even lit ceasar manager didn't take the coupons....

DO NOT DOWNLOAD

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. I only had it because of a tmobile promo and just decided to use it today. I chose the coupon that I wanted to use and decided to print the coupon so I could use it in-store to get a free pizza, except the print button didn’t work. I thought it was probably just a glitch so I closed DiningAdvantage and opened it again and tried to print the coupon again, but this time when I looked for it, it was already in my “Redeemed/expired” tab before I even got a chance to use it. Then I tried to send a message to customer service and when I clicked submit, I got the same message over and over again: Sorry, there was a problem while submitting the form.” There is a reason DiningAdvantage only has one star and it needs to be taken down for good.

Not a good experience so far

I tried you use a coupon from DiningAdvantage earlier tonight. Apparently, it had been removed/invalidated by DiningAdvantage /site and was no longer being honored by the restaurant. The problem is that I didn’t know my coupon wasn’t good anymore until I was at the restaurant and standing at the register. It was frustrating and embarrassing to be standing there hitting the “view on phone” button over and over while repeatedly getting an error message. Why wouldn’t the coupon be removed from my app BEFORE I try to use it? Why wasn’t I aware the coupon wouldn’t be accepted until I was standing at the register? This is the second time I had a problem with DiningAdvantage . The first time, my brother and I went to a restaurant and the coupon said it needed to be printed so my brother decided he would print it before he left his house. He hit the print button, but the coupon didn’t print. He tried again but it wouldn’t let him because it said it already printed. Luckily, I had the same coupon on the dining advantage app on my phone and I was able to use mine. This one successful attempt is why I gave it two stars.

DO. NOT. DOWNLOAD. Terrible App and company!

If I could rate it zero stars or worse, I would. Every time I use DiningAdvantage it’s a frustrating, negative experience.
DiningAdvantage specifically says that you should show it to your server/whoever before purchasing and EVERY SINGLE TIME the merchant says “We only accept it if you print it.” First of all, No it doesn’t, and second of all, DiningAdvantage Print button doesn’t work! So even if you decided to print the coupon out (which again, you don’t have to), you can’t!
No merchant knows what to do with these coupons, and DiningAdvantage is unfunctional so you can’t do it right even if you wanted to. Dining Advantage also says that they are not responsible if a merchant doesn’t their coupon.

DiningAdvantage has a 2 star rating for a reason. Don’t get it!!!

By

Whole thing is a scam

I joined because of a tmobile promotion for a free $20 to check it out. You would think that means you can use a coupon on DiningAdvantage and use the $20 credit on your order. WRONG. The $20 is a balance DiningAdvantage subtracts your DISCOUNTS from. For example, say you have a $5 off app coupon off a $20 pizza and you have $20 in app credits. You pay $15 out of your own pocket and your app takes the $5 savings out of your credits because you “saved” $5. Stupid. You can find the same coupons everywhere outside of DiningAdvantage without dealing with this credit system. Total gimmick. So misleading. Deleting DiningAdvantage .

By

Waste of Money

There are hardly any coupons for my area. I have $45 credit and nothing to spend it on. Biggest waste of money I’ve ever unfortunately participated in. I found one offer I could use but guess what, even though it’s your money to spend you can only use that offer once. To top it all off, you’re paying for coupons! You can get all of these same coupons for FREE with a simple google search. I’ll give it to them though, they really know how to con people into their scam with no refunds. I will not recommend this to anyone, I do the opposite actually and let them know how bad it is.

By

Con game

Horrible con, buying coupons?! Mother of god you people are low scum. You people should be in jail. Your business is a scam, you are a scam. You are bad people with a bad service and all of the car dealerships giving a gift card like this crap should be shut down.
If you are a business thinking about purchasing this worthless crap to give away as prizes for your customers, DO NOT DO IT!!!! THIS IS A CON!!! THIS IS AN INSULT TO YOUR CUSTOMER BASE. IT MAKES YOU COMPLICIT WITH THEIR SHENANIGANS AND GIVES YOU A BAD REPUTATION. Apple, please remove their app. The people running this scam are bad people and they belong in hell or jail or worse.
This is not a prize! This is not a treat! This is a betrayal! This is a CON! This is an insult!

What’s the point of this?

I must say that this is the dumbest app/program ever. Why pay for coupons you can get out of the newspaper and in the mail? I got $100 gift card from this business thinking I would have $100 dollars. No, instead I got this dumb thing that allows me to buy coupons. And the selection is terrible. I guess you can start a business doing anything these days. Just terrible. If you read this review before you download, don’t download. I download DiningAdvantage just to leave this review. And if you download then read this review, delete DiningAdvantage . DELETE THIS TERRIBLE APP. Do not support this trash

Bad. If you jump through hoops with free credits, it’s mediocre

People don’t accept, places that closed 8 years ago, NO customer service, developer response isn't customer service. DiningAdvantage has many bugs, like the contact us in DiningAdvantage says browser not supported. They just don't check their app, and acknowledge they don't check up on the restaurants. They hurry up and expire your credits, and then your coupons. Have to login EACH time. Stuck with coupons that don't work.

Paying for the coupons is NOT a deal.

If you get free credits, you have to use them up quickly. Then the retailer might say, what’s that, or “we told them we don’t accept those anymore”. Or the restaurant will be out of business for years and these guys don’t check or care. They still, after eight years, and me even pointing out, haven't deleted the restaurant. Most places that just shut down don't go out of their way to tell them, and hey, you can't reach them with no more contact info and they don't respond.

It’s really a gimmick for Entertainment to make money. As their poor template responses here that don't address people's concerns along with the low low low app rating shows how good it is.

They don't fix bugs, they don't keep up on their alleged offerings, certainly seems scam like.

In my options they are not fulfilling their contract to Apple and it should be pulled.

Same redemption ID with different credit codes

I received 3 different credit codes as a Tuesday t-mobile customer that I have redeemed into my entertainment account. I have printed my coupons for a vender I would like to use and the coupons gave me the exact same redemption ID on all of my coupons. Now my $60 in dining credits is gone. Who’s going to accept 3 of the same coupons? DiningAdvantage is worse, once you redeem. The coupons disappear and they are invalid. Waste of time and money. Please fix these errors.

By

Okay app

Got $20 free from T-Mobile a couple of times. Works pretty well , you have to realize though that you are essentially purchasing coupons. Is a pretty good offer well when you buy a BOGO one though. Probably wouldn’t purchase myself but can’t complain when it is free.

By

Not very well interstated

Most restaurants have no idea how to redeem the coupons and they either deny it or it’s a complicated process of fighting the manager to honor the discount manually. Some restaurants don’t even know they’re on here or have never seen it before.

By

Dishonest! Offers deals at restaurants without their permission.

My family and I own a restaurant in Social Circle, Georgia. Customers have come in and presented coupons from this company that we did not agree to or know anything about. One coupon was honored by mistake and others attempted. Bad business for all involved. Stay away from this scam.

By

This app is trash

Still going to rate 1 star. DiningAdvantage has an average 1.9 star rating for a reason. You can’t honestly use DiningAdvantage yourself and think it’s useful. There is next to no reason to even use it. I’m better off cutting IRL coupons and not wasting storage space on DiningAdvantage. No hard feelings to the devs. Y’all should focus on something else.

Borderline scam

Got recommended this website and app by T mobile tuesdays . Redeemed for a $20 credit and tried to login later and it said “invalid login credentials” tried to send a password reset to the email , never got one. Did the same thing on my brothers phone and got the same outcome. App has an Ios 6 slow layout. Basically a scam.

Poor experience in app & online

The developer replied to my original comments but I stand by my 2 star review.

I also emailed them about several issues with DiningAdvantage and they sent a different reply RE redemption methods: “If a coupon is available in the Dining Advantage app, its offers are able to be used on your mobile device.”

UPDATED REVIEW:
- I have no idea what they mean by “this is a business to business product”. It is not! It is a business to end user/customer app.
- I should be able to put items that I’m considering into my cart and then review them before my final purchase, like DiningAdvantage used to allow and like every other shopping app/website/store I’ve EVER used! When I’m trying to totally redeem a certain dollar amount, like a $20 T-Mobile credit, I want to put everything I might want into my cart, then perhaps make some changes before making my final decision and using up the whole credit.
- DiningAdvantage is also very frustrating because anytime that you hit the back arrow to return to the list of merchants, it starts over again at the very top, no matter how far you had scrolled down – this is SO annoying!
- I would love to know where they get the crazy estimated “values” of these coupons. A White Castle slider is not a $6 item!
- I’ve purchased offers in DiningAdvantage on my iPhone before and when I tried to redeem them, they required printing and the merchant wouldn’t accept them on my mobile device!
- And I DID have issues logging in, after changing my password and then entering it correctly.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Changes since my last purchases are AWFUL!

1. Why can’t I put everything I’m interested in into my cart, then review them to decide what to buy I used to? Having to immediately decide is VERY poor design!

2. Why don’t they identify if offers can be redeemed on a mobile device? I don’t have a printer and would like that as a filter option.

3. Filtering by price would be nice since I had $1 left!

4. Like many other reviewers, I’ve had log-in issues.

Print button?

DiningAdvantage is awful. I tried to print my coupon, the print button isn’t at all functional, so I wasted 8 dollars because once you go to print it, it thinks you redeemed your coupon. Wasted 30 minutes trying to figure this mess out. Awful.

By

Merchants don’t recognize it.

DiningAdvantage has no guidance on how to use the gift card. Also the ruby Tuesday restaurant we came to that is listed on DiningAdvantage has no idea how DiningAdvantage or gift card works. I have tried to look up instructions with no results. Wasted money on these gift cards.

By

Fix

So I didn’t know after you clicked on a offer you can’t pull it up again, I just wasted $11 and drove 30 min for it not to work, I’ve never wrote a review in my life for anything but this company is terrible

By

Who would want to buy coupons

I thought this t mobile 20 dollar credit was to eat no it just gives you coupons that the people decline

Terrible Company- Sells Vouchers You can’t Use

They sell vouchers that the actual restaurants DO NOT ACCEPT. Business will tell you they never signed up or are no longer with the platform and Dining Advantage day “ sorry, not our problems” . AVOID at all cost.

Do not download or fill out is a scam damn t mobile

Rory L Buchanan   10 months ago

Got the $25 credit from T-Mobile. Then I went onto the website and they offered $5 off for pizza, $5 off for 2 meals at a Mexican restaurant, etc. And these coupons will come out of your credit. What a scam. You can get better deals by using no coupons or credit. I like most of T-Mobile 's Tuesday deals, but this one is a loser.

Not exepted by restorant !! Skam !!!!

Curtis Matthews   1 year ago

Every place I went I asked said they have no idea what this coupon program is about. This is a SCAM totally!

Scammed   1 year ago

Scam. Merchants don't accept this.

Tony P   2 years ago

It's no a true giftcard, it only have a value against the discount your purchasing for regular priced food. Sure a BOGO at place that don't regular offer it and does not have very highly marked up "regular" prices, then it's fair. Could be OK if you got the card for free as Corporate America buy $50 cards for $4 as "customer incentives" that sounds better than they are.

Chung   2 years ago

I brought 3 Bao Bao bakery and Cafe vouchers but the bakery stated they are “fake” and denied it. They said they never heard or have any affiliation with Dining Advantage. They are $4 each, I was humiliated and totally wasted of time. Worse experience at my go to bakery ever. What a let down Dining Advantage.
