It’s not a bad site honestly, but it’s in Korean at first but the problem is that it looks like a website and for me it so long to load and prices aren’t cheap

when you download a shopping app you expect it to be similar to apps like forever 21 or charlotte russe; this app looks more like a browser specified to their website.
im not exactly sure how to explain it but i hate when apps do that. isnt it meant to be easier on mobile apps? why is it even more confusing?
i wish it were easier to find out how to change the language (took me all night, click on the reindeer at the top right, “global this app select country” should be at the bottom) and wish it were easier to navigate and took less time to load. it’s honestly more of a browser than an app meant for shopping (dsw is a good example of a great shopping app interface-wise, as well as urban outfitters)

I’ve been trying and I just can’t figure out how to change this to English. Very frustrating.

this app seems to have a large variety of cute clothes, accessories, etc., and I would love to try it out. However, CHUU is in Korean and I don't speak/understand the language. Is there any way to view the this app app in English? It would be great if we could have an Eng version because right now I'm (and I'm probably not the only one..) vulnerable to possibly getting scammed, tricked, etc. I won't buy anything if I can't understand anything, simple as that. I'll change this to 5-star in the future, if they do make an Eng version, or make it viewable in English~ 💕

I love this app and I was excited when I found CHUU in CHUU store. After downloading it, I realized that it only comes in Korean. There were no settings or anything to change the language. It’d be great if you guys can make a this app app in English!

I like CHUU and how to get English is by clicking on the outline of a person then scrolling to the bottom. Once you see global this app simply click the language you want

I just recently found out about this brand and am completely in love with their stuff! For anyone wondering their app is in Korean at first (and trust me I do not know any Korean) but the way to change it is by clicking the top left 3 bars then right below the mini search bar their will be 2 rows first row will have 2 options and the second row will have 3 options. Go to the second row and choose the 3rd option. You scroll down and select the words “Global this app”. Their you can choose your region. For me, I chose US and it changed everything to English 👍🏻 hope this helps anyone wanting to love this brand like I do! 💖💖

To change the language there is a face with hearts on it on the right hand corner.There should be a a word that says “Global this app” on the very bottom. Then you can pick your region.

Click the heart eyes icon in the top right corner and select EN (english) under Global this app. Either way, lovely app! I love this 💕💗💗💗
