How to fix Odisia app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Odisia app on iPhone
Update Odisia app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Odisia iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Odisia on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Odisia network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Odisia Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Odisia not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Odisia App
1. On android, goto Settings » Odisia » click [Force Stop]

Update Odisia to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Odisia App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Odisia » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Odisia.

Fix Odisia unable to contact server/ Odisia internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Odisia » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Odisia » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
