The Fanfiction app stopped working for me last night

I am not able to send or Receive PM in outbox or inbox since today. It was working fine before but now there is some glitch. Please help me fix this issue

Cloudflare is blocking me with error code 520

So the apple app has started having connection problems when I'm connected to expressvpn.

My downloaded stories dissappear without any warning. It always happen after prolonged internet use. I have to clear data, restart the app and login. I'm using a prepaid account, and its a pain.

Will not open a story. Keeps asking me to verify I'm human, I do and asks again. I was reading and wouldn't let me move the next chapter. I read this every day on my I Pad. I'm at a loss on how to fix this and miss it. I read on Safari, version 12.5.6 Verizon is the provider. The user ID 7919954. When I try tapping on listen, the error message: “The language is not supported for the time being.” pops up.

All of sudden can't view fic I was reading. Went as far as uninstall and reinstalling the app. However after that was done now can't login at all

I had the same problem, as above, on my android phone. Completely removing and reinstalling the app restored the ability to read downloaded stories. The one problem that came from that is that I can't sink my saved searches and now most of them are missing which is a pain in the ass. The searches are still present on other devices, specifically my ios devices, where I did not have issues with either searches or downloaded stories.

The app doesn't work when I try to view stories that I have downloaded and have not downloaded, I restarted my phone and reinstalled the app and it still didn't work, I even installed it on another device and it still didn't work so I am sure it's a bug to do with viewing stories in general or not I have no idea why it's happening.

Like everyone else here, the ff app I've been using for the last couple of years stopped working 3days ago. Books can't be loaded. All I get is a little book icon turning pages but nothing is loading. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the problem remains. Please fix it. I've enjoyed playing my favourite stories with the audio so much! I hope it will go back to normal soon!

Like others here, I get an eternal loading screen whenever I try loading a downloaded story. I can open and read stories I have not downloaded but I am unable to read stories in my own library.

Problem: the TEXT on downloaded stories is replaced by an eternal loading screen. big fan if the fanfiction.net App but in looking into the cannot see downloaded story text error I found that TWO updates happened back to back(less than 24 hours). This happened around the time Admins tweeted about migrating servers. I dug deeper due to different devices. the Update 40.0.1 seems to work fine I have had no problems or glitches that haven't occurred in 40.0 Update 40.1 is where all of the trouble is happening with unreadable downloads, and the 'fixed' audio reader is skipping chapters more often if not every chapter transition. extra noticeable since it was the only way to access the downloaded content. may have been an accidental release.

Hi I use the listening feature on the app and have experienced alot of issues this week with skipping chapters are repeating it just seems to be bouncing all over the place since it updated

The Fanfiction app isn't working. I only get the little flipping book when I try to look at any downloaded stories in my library. It seemed to work fine on another device, but it went back to not showing the book. Something must have happened with the latest updates to cause this. Someone get in touch with FF.net and let them know asap.

Story's won't load

Same problem. I tried resarting phone. Nothing. Uninstaller and reinstalled. It was fine for a few minutes. Then went back to not loading stories.

I am having the same problem as Jon Nevin Dixon. Focus that I have downloaded just display the page turning book icon when I try to open them

Hi, Fics that I've downloaded into the library don't open. They have the reading icon in the middle of the screen but nothing else. I can open Fics when I go to the feeds but not if I have downloaded the fic. I have tried refreshing the library. Please help. I don't want to reinstall this.

when i search a story i can read it but the second i add it to my library it no longer loads the chapters. i have 187 stories downloaded and would like to be able to read them
