I had an account for years in this app where I collected payments. The account was already verified, but when I requested a withdraw to my bank they ask for proof of address again (which it was already sent) after submitting again they closed my account without even telling me and returned my money to the sender, many of them who were no longer active, I lost several hundred of dollars for using this company.
this app: You are just a garbage company. I HATE YOU and I’m not the only one, hope you go out of business.

Once you have money in your this app account they will refuse to release it to a bank account. Instead they will constantly redirect you to an error message when trying to add a bank that says to use only Latin characters. The fact that I’m writing this in English shows I was using Latin characters. It sure wasn’t Chinese. Stay far away from this fraudulent company

I find it a terrible service because being an online bank and working with my money, I should have better customer service. I have been sending emails for more than 10 days to help me fix a problem in my account to withdraw funds and they do not respond, I think a lack of respect

Constantly rejects your transfers. I’ve spent the last 2 days trying to withdraw money and immediately get rejected. Costumer support doesn’t help just asks to keep trying. If you can use a different wallet, please do.

The team reviewing the documents are not doing a good job. They just reject documents without reading carefully. They might just speak Chinese though.

Absoluut scam! No way to close the account. When you click on: we made it easy for you to close the account. You get: difficult to close. WTF!? I want to close it. I only had to open it to be able to use an app. I don't want it. And I am not paying for not using it!
I am immensely grateful for the existence of this bank. I had been camming for years and now my life has turned page and I have quit from the adult industry. Today I decided to go on every review website to leave my best review for them just as a gift of gratitude. I have used different online names so if u have come across my reviews using different names thats all me. Just to make it clear. I dont remember exactly how much money ive transferred so in each of my reviews there might be some difference sorry for my bad memory. I have used the bank transferring hundreds of sums of money of nearly two hundred thousand dollars to different other bank accounts of mine without a single problem. I have moved country and had stopped using their service for half a year (also this i dont remember clearly) and back on continuing usiing them without a single problem again. I am super grateful for the existence of this bank. It is my absolute hornor for having used their service and im not exaggerating because its been three years and ive not properly expressed my gratitude so all together I feel incredibly grateful. Hope they grow better and better and help mpre and more people in their darkest time of their life like how they ve helped me. Thank you so much paxum.
I wish I could give paxum 5 stars but it's boring like shit I will not advice any one to choose paxum as their payment method you will be submitting documents to proof your address and none will be verified.....mybe when I get verified I will come and change my review

i am dealing with a custumer who is saying that they need to reverify before they can pay me do they need to reverify or are they just after more time to pay
I lost 10000$ from paxum.i woke up and saw sumone sent 10000 $ to his paxum email account. They have asked me to resubmit and reverify my I'd proof and adress proof. And saying investigating into the matter now a month over. They asking so many docs for us How is it dat thief made a paxum account without any adress proof.

Idk I was ohk with em for a year, had a bit of technical trouble but it was ohk. Now I can't even go on the app, it's been saying service error for 4 days and my money in there 😩
My money was stolen from my funds. The websie have no security for breaches in the system... they don´t block any suspicious ip adress from other contries... i lost almost 1000 dollars because of that, and on the phone they said they will look into it, but didn´t made me feel safe or old that i can get my money back! Its not a safe website!!
