8 months agoPAXUM IS THE WORST APP. I wouldnt sign up for this app if I have a choice. Their customer service is terrible and unreliable. They make people go out of business or make people lose business. They dont care about you.. I wish this company will just close. This is the worst experience ever. I hope they get banned.

I HATE PAXUM! You have f… me.
I had an account for years in paxum where I collected payments. The account was already verified, but when I requested a withdraw to my bank they ask for proof of address again (which it was already sent) after submitting again they closed my account without even telling me and returned my money to the sender, many of them who were no longer active, I lost several hundred of dollars for using this company. PAXUM: You are just a garbage company. I HATE YOU and I’m not the only one, hope you go out of business.

A complete scam
Once you have money in your paxum account they will refuse to release it to a bank account. Instead they will constantly redirect you to an error message when trying to add a bank that says to use only Latin characters. The fact that I’m writing this in English shows I was using Latin characters. It sure wasn’t Chinese. Stay far away from this fraudulent company

Very bad
I find it a terrible service because being an online bank and working with my money, I should have better customer service. I have been sending emails for more than 10 days to help me fix a problem in my account to withdraw funds and they do not respond, I think a lack of respect
