I am unable to read articles with the app on my ipad because of the slider at the bottom. This may be because I have to keep proving that I have a subscription. I re-login It says login successful, but then after a minute or so I am unable to do anything with reading the article. The only way an article even appears on the screen is if I click on pdf. It’s the worst app and completely frustrating because I can’t even use my subscription. Please help.
