Specific to the app - good luck. It just doesn’t work. Ultimately deleted. If you’re thinking of doing business with them - don’t. Horrible experience from end to end - the digital experience, their click-bait “offer testing” (including “accidentally” switching the price to a completely different - and $200 higher “offer” - for the SAME package at checkout, arrogant “customer support” and a digital experience that seems to have forgotten that its digital (don’t bother to expect a confirmation or even a status email). In a world where you can set up insurance in less than 5 minutes (Lemonade!) or refinance a loan - and get approval- in less than 10 minutes on a Friday night (SoFi!) the LegalZoom experience is like watching the birth of the Grand Canyon in real time. An utter waste.

I bought the express gold package, on Jan 17, 2019. That suppose to give me the documents and permits I need in 10 days, we’ll, pay around $900 dollars for it, it’s been 6 working days (today Jan 27,2019 -initial date I was promised to receive my documents by the way-) and haven’t even got the initial paperwork that I need to sign to start the process. I received and email and 2 phone calls telling me I needed to sign those documents which can’t do because they haven’t send them to me. I’ve called customer service twice. First time I was told my order was being reviewed and second time I was told it was going to take longer because I didn’t got one of the services they offer (and I don’t need!). So I can say advertising is FAKE! Cero reliability. SCAM.

August 12, 2020 this is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please do not use them. They will take your money and everything in your account without any warnings. During the pandemic I lost my job and I’m trying to start my own business and money is tight, they charge me $320 for a service I didn’t request and promised 1 month ago to credit my account and I’m still waiting for it and charges without any warning keep going, my bank suggested to cancel my card. Customer service won’t answer my calls, chats or emails and the one time I got them on the chat the agent “Amy” kept disconnecting the conversation and I kept going back to her 4 times (yes the same agent) and I have all the screenshots to prove it.***** PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*****
