I have redeemed a card for weeks know and it's still not working. I get told Bank authorization failed why And am unable to reach any customer service

Terrible, been on hold to talk for a rep and it tells me wait time is 10 minutes and then jumps to 23, then 18 then 44, then 1 and to 54. Rediculous. Have been on hold for over an hour. Have over a $200 balance and card is being decinded

Don’t add to Apple Pay or wallet

When you do, you cannot see the card number and no way to register it either. And guess what it won’t work at any register and there’s no way to call or get support because guess what? You don’t have the account number! Better off not add to wallet at least that way you’ll have access to the account number and can use it to try to make an online purchase because shaving at the register just to be told it’s declined is humiliating!!!! And frustrating because things I was buying I budgeted to use this not my available cash in my account!!!! I’ve been trying for hours to figure out any other way to use this and there isn’t!!!!!

The reviews are correct

The ability to add to the prepaid website is ver frustrating. Incan see many reviews that say it does work, however many of the reviews follow the same pattern and wording indicating fake reviews. Lack of good directions on how to the website and it has you open the email, sign in via email and then you go back to your email to get the pass ode and you cannot go back to the original page. There is a reason why this is rated low and it is due to poor design and not a user issue. Horrible customer experience.

Horrible app

Very confusing and horrible app. If you must use this service do it on their website as the app is absolutely useless. This is very likely a suspect place for information to get hacked - information access for scammers. For sure use a unique password. As soon as my transaction clears I will delete my account. Nobody would use this service voluntarily - I signed up for a Michelob rebate and this is the process they make you go through. The few dollars rebate is not worth it.
