I would like to delete my entire aspire account but every time I go on the website it doesn't give me any option to do so this is the only way I found to possibly work.

This app is hardly useful when it DOES work, however it won’t even open most of the time. The in app payment function to pay on my bill NEVER works, and when I do make payments it takes a week or more to show in my balance on the app even though the payment has processed. This credit card is terrible and the app is even worse. I wish my credit was better so I could get rid of this card, but unfortunately I have to keep it for now. Save yourself time and, if you are stuck with this credit card, just call their office. Customer service is terrible but it’s the only way to be sure things work. It’s claimed twice now I didn’t make a payment when I used the online website to pay. Money came out of my account, money was applied to my line of credit, but they still reported me as not making my payment even though it was done a week before it was late. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company if you have ANY other option.

You apply for there stupid card get approved pay there ridiculous annual fee down almost paid off in the meantime you don’t use your card trying to be smart these idiots suspend your card for inactivity you call them they say ok we will reactivate your card say your good to go here I am thinking cool go try and buy my wife an anniversary present WRONG declined so I call them back then they say it won’t be active until next billing cycle which makes you look like a total idiot thanks a lot never have I been lied to and treated like an idiot with a credit card company

This app has good potential but doesn’t work very well at all with iPhone pro. Biometric unlock didn’t work at all, pin didn’t work, password works unless you try to engage Face ID. It will then tell you over and over your password doesn’t meet requirements and to choose a password that meets requirements….huh? I thought I was logging in? The glitches have me concerned about the security of the app. Other than that, the app is designed well.
