On the adv app it’s not letting me put money on a inmate account and it’s not finding there name and I type there adc number in and it still didn’t find it please help

ADC iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix ADC app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ADC app on iPhone
Update ADC app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ADC iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ADC on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ADC network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ADC Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ADC not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ADC App
1. On android, goto Settings » ADC » click [Force Stop]

Update ADC to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ADC App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ADC » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ADC.

Fix ADC unable to contact server/ ADC internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ADC » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ADC » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ADC
