Cool concept but app doesn’t work

Has trouble connecting with iTunes and will randomly not upload songs/add to playlist. When it works it’s awesome. So far that’s not very often though.
Where are instructions

This sounds like a cool app and I purchased it, but simply can’t figure out how to get started. Are there directions anywhere? Does it work with streaming services like Spotify tunes, which I read elsewhere?
