Instead of putting all your budget on marketing, why don't you hire a good iOS development team. Can't even register my account through your application and there is no sense of user experience. Once you open help, you have to close the application to go back. If the application at the is this much bad just for registering an account, i wonder how it will be to use it afterwards. Cant trust it for any sort of transaction.

It’s a pain to make transfers.
Can’t copy paste Mobile number and CNIC from my contacts, as soon as you switch apps it logs out. At the end of a transaction easypaisa gives you an option to save the transaction as favourites, but where does it go, where is it saved, there is no option of favourites anywhere, where is the favourites. In this day and age, the only way you can make a transfer is by writing down the info from your contacts on a piece of paper then fill it in easypaisa . I mostly use my bank app for all the transfers and bill payment.

I dont know whats happening but app seems to be stuck, my internet is fine , tested many times , i even reinstalled app but now it keeps loading when i enter login number and then times out after a while , before same thing was going on when i was trying to enter my password inside app it kept loading forever and times out , CANT LOGIN easypaisa !! Whats the issue

I forgot my otp , first i tried to remember my otp but i was not able to remember it . I tried my guess , then i try to change my otp but I couldn’t it had number of chances to change otp, but I couldn’t it locked my account . (And the main reason its because i was receiving the messages very late not on the time when the time finishes then I recieved the messages(code).) Please give us a solution get my account back.

I sent money from bank to this app account i got message that you received payment in this app but app was showing my old account i called helpline they said update app i update app then again i checked it again showed old balance then i uninstalled it and try to login again when i was logging in and entering my password it said your phone number has been used in fraud activity please call customer service. I called for 30 minutes but no one picked the call very poor app and very poor customer service very very disappointing.

Otherwise a good app but fail to help if you send money to the mini app and it do not reach at destination or mini app do not execute the desired action , I sent Rs 100 to ary gold a mini app available in this app for which I got the payment receipt from this app but they never executed the desired order. I lodged a complaint to this app but they simply refused to help saying it's not related to them and referred to ary gold , I lodged complained with ary gold but they never responded , such issues create trust issues for the this app and all other mini apps

1. Servers are apparently busy 24/7. You have to keep opening and closing easypaisa for it to connect. A million rupee company and they cant afford servers that actually function
2. Promotional notifications cannot be turned off so you have to be pastered by their stupid offers every single day at exactly 11pm. If you disable notifications for the whole app you’re not notified by transactions
3. Amount sent or received sometimes does not show up at all. You have to contact support to sort it out. Creates unnecessary problems with this app shop persons that think i didn't send them money.

Awful app engineering as a whole. Hire better people that can actually make easypaisa better. Not some third grade designers and developers from fiverr. You’re a million rupee company for crying our loud.

Overall it’s a good app but the worst part is despite being an individual my app is locked to a sim + device. No other banking or wallet does that except for merchants or agents. I seriously recommend that this annoyance be removed. Any user should be able to switch phones and as long as they can verify via OTP easypaisa should be usable.

When a new update is available let the user know with a clear message that easypaisa needed to be updated, NOT with a technical E99xx message or a generic error message “service is not available”. Remember easypaisa is made for the end user not for the IT staff. If the end user can not interpret the error message what good is the error message for? It leads to their frustration and loss of confidence in easypaisa . If a simple thing like this can not be controlled; I will be very shaky about its security and the change management cycle of the IT team especially the QA team and their leads.

I have a glitch in my this app app that whenever I try to pay the Zong postpaid bill, it doesn’t load properly and I know it is only in my app because I have checked it on my friend’s mobile and it was working properly there, but still I want it to be fixed.

Good app, just want to give a suggestion to add an option to let a user block the free minutes and cashback. If a user doesn't want these rewards but just want to use other services of easypaisa then there should be an option for this. Sometimes i personally wants to use other services but doesn't add cash due to these rewards..

So before the latest update, i had no issues with this app, but for some reason lastest update has made easypaisa unstable, App crashes everytike i try to open it, please fix it and i will revert my review to a better one

App is reliable but there is one problem it takes too much time in loading, while my internet speed is also good but there is server issue of this app app

My account and few of my ios using friends accounts are not logging in after update! Please resolve the problem ASAP!

It’s a great app and hopefully this option will be available in the future.

I was able to set up my account in 2mins and never has an issue sending or receiving money.

I have had no problems with easypaisa. I appreciate that it’s easy to use. I like how they offer three genders - it’s very progressive for a country which is otherwise disappointingly behind the times in so many other fields.

Frequently shows connection error. I always get exhausted whenever i use easypaisa.
