I had Covid-19 four months ago and registered with system. Now I’m returning from travel, but when I select “yes, I’ve had a positive test in the past” it doesn’t give me the option to selection quarantine for travel reasons. Just goes straight to a full 14-day quarantine, and won’t let me change it because I’ve already registered once before. Have used Get Help button, but have received no help and can’t request help again because it says I’m in the queue for assistance. Deleting app and reinstall did not change anything.

Issues with sms verification - couldn’t use on my iPhone so had to find a way to get a local number to verify with

I tried to make an account several time after arriving to KSA but it does not let me make an account, saying my iqama number or date of birth is incorrect. But it’s not incorrect. So I guess I’ll leave it alone.

I downloaded Tetammanتطمن and signed up and I have no history of travel and symptoms or any risks but Tetammanتطمن lead to 14day quarantine..what the heck!

I signed up, answered the questionnaire, do not fall into any of the risk groups (no travel, no exposure to positive individuals) and Tetammanتطمن told me to quarantine for 14 days!

البرنامج به خصم لشركاء ولكن ذلك غير صحيح ايضاً النتائج لاتظهر في البرناج اذا البرنامج بس يرسل رسائل ولكن لايوجد طريقة للتواصل وانما الابلاغ للتواصل فقط..!!!

تطبيق تطمن يطلب مني تحديث التطبيق من متجر ابل ولكن التطبيق هو اخر اصدار عندي. لذالك يعطيني صفحة وحده ويطلب مني الانتقال للمتجر ولا يسمح لي بتسجيل حساب فيه.
