Do Not But from these people! I wish I would have read the reviews! Out of 7 dresses none are nice and fit funny. Super Bad quality materials, sewn wrong, wrong length sleeves, buttons crooked, wrong sizes, uses as little material as they possibly can and will come apart, sewn right at the edges leaving holes because it wasn't even sewn. And their policy is you pay to shop this garbage back. They way overprice for trash! You can get way better at a yard sale and cheaper too! Never will I ship a foreign company again! This was the second one and the first one wasn't much better, I was hoping but not anymore! I'm done! I don't sew and could sew something better than this! I told them I wanted reimbursed and they totally disrespected me and played games with me. I sent pics over and over because they kept saying they didn't get them....Then said my 15 days were up. I even threatened to call my attorneys but I still haven't got the time to do that yet. They are in another country and so I'm not sure what the attorneys could do from the USA.

I have been trying to register for my first order which offers a 30% discount. The first problem was, the prompts would not let me complete my address information. I finally accomplished that on the second day which illuminated the 30% discount offered for a first time buyer. The second problem was that free shipping was offered with the purchase over $100. At check out both of these options had been removed and therefore I deleted my entire order. I don’t know if this is a problem with your software or an intentional attempt to make extra money... even the process of trying to submit this criticism is less than honest. Even when I submit random gibberish as my nickname signature it’s saying that it’s taken.

If I could’ve given JustFashionNow negative stars, I definitely would have done so. Reviews are not always right except this case! I’ve been hoodwinked, bamboozled and lead astray! I ordered from this company in JANUARY 2020 before my vacation. My items didn’t come until MARCH!! One item still hasn’t arrived yet. The package I received today came from Dubai (Yes, as in international, other side of the world...Dubai). The products are NOT as they appear on the website either. They are made of thin material and see through. Just abysmal! There’s no number to call for assistance and no return address. Save yourself the heartache and bypass JustFashionNow!! Run Forest, run!!

IT needs to get off butts & get to work. However, because site is so ridiculously cumbersome (my wish list suddenly became an order) I really examined the company so cancelled everything. Whew. Communication is difficult because of ESL (or third, or fourth); they kept offering discounts on order, which WASN’T an order. Insane. And because they disguise the brand name of shoes, you think you’re getting a quality item, but my gut told me they were knockoffs. Otherwise why hide the name??
Yeah, go to tjmaxx or somewhere. Too suspicious an outfit for me. As for rating, zero stars aren’t an option. Thus the one.

Receiving products are not as picture showed, fit wrong, very bad material quality. Price is same as name brands like 4E21, but material, fitting quality is way beyond terrible. 7 items I ordered were between $12 and $38. Only 1 item material is ok but very strange cut, all others have fitting and material issue. I reached out to customer service to process return, they told me the international shipping fee is very expensive, and suggested to gift to someone else.
I don't know if other users experienced same issues but please be carful.

I waited months for my order and when I finally got it the clothes were cheaply made and not true to size. As others have written their return policy is horrible. They don’t want you to return anything and will only give you 20% store credit ( who would want anything from them) and only 15% of your money back if you don’t want to return the items because you have to ship to China. Do not order from this company!!!

These people are impossible to contact if you have an issue or problem. They give you no opportunity to contact them except by filling out a form that you’re not able to finish, so, you cannot contact them. Oh yes, if you want to reach them by phone, it’s impossible...they’re in another country! I’m stuck with a badly made top that I cannot return. Don’t walk...RUN to another website!

I’ve attempted 3x to contact their customer service about returning 2 pairs of shoes that do not fit. I do receive emails stating a customer service rep would get back with me within 48hrs after reviewing my request. It’s been over a week now. I’m not sure if it’s because this is from overseas, but it’s really frustrating to not be able to contact customer service faster or by phone!

I order two bikinis 1month ago and I didn't receive anything about it, not even a shipping level to track my package. I wrote them 3 times already and they haven't replied back. Don't recommend at all. It looks a good place to purchase but its really not. And the customer service is not reachable, only for emails. Don't get anything from here.

ChicV is well-known for ripping off designs and selling cheap copies using the original images. They’re also known for taking your money and never sending you what you paid for. If you google them, you’ll see what I mean. They sell under multiple brands and this is one of them.

The quality of these clothing could not be worse. Items are not as advertised, and they do not honor their return policy. Complete and utter waste. Not 1 of the 4 items I ordered could be worn anywhere. I wouldn't even do yardwork in these tacky things. You will regret buying anything from this seller. Just don't.

I ordered and paid for Sandals in April and I’m still waiting for them to be shipped! I’m told when they do ship I’ll have to wait 8-10 days for shipment. It’s June 14th and Still NO Shipment confirmation... Maybe I’ll receive them before summer 2019?

It’s true that customer service is almost nil. And out of an order of 4 items, 2 fit funny. But 2 are fabulous! And at these prices, I’m thrilled. I get loads of compliments on the two great dresses. Short window for returns but you can return. I did keep everything. You must pay attention to the sizing details — bust, sleeve length, hips. I got one dress that was huge. I reordered in smaller size and love it. It was my fault for not looking at sizing. You CANNOT go by sizes listed. I normally wear a size 1X and am ordering a 10 in some dresses. I am putting in my 5th order now!

I know many reviews are not good but look at the prices! You can send things back but I got some very nice things. It’s for casual wearing not going out to a party!!! I bought tops and they really work for walking my dogs, going to the beach, sitting by my pool, grocery shopping etc!
Don’t expect high end but great deals and make sure to look at sizing since things vary. Also look at the materials I find the cotton blends are nicer than some of the other materials.

These clothes are not that great but a dress for $20 is not that bad. I know these clothes will last me a season then I give them away. I travel with these clothes. If they get lost I don’t care. Some of their clothes are very nice and some not of the highest quality. They are a good buy.
