I placed order #HBC03394262 on 09/02/22, received it a few days later, did not like the two blouses I ordered and received ,so I called to get return authorization. I received the authorization and return address in China. On 09/13/22, I returned the two blouses, spending 28.85 to do so. I asked for a return credit to be given to my original charge card. I have never received the credit for $51.21 and today, (02/22/23) I received the package I sent back in my mailbox with no explanation. Can you explain why I received my return package back and why was I never credited???? Elinore Porter
